Responsibilities
 Working on Features on the Dyocense IIOT Platform. Did the solutioning for Integrating Dyocense
with SAP S4 HANA and Salesforce CRM.
 Managed the development of the Refrigeration and HVAC modules of the Platform. We have been
using Microsoft Data Factory for Telemetry for the HVAC, Fleet and other IIOT based applications
which is quite performant. We also use MongoDB and regular RDBMS databased based on client
requirements. We addressed the supermarket refrigeration problems Realtime and out of hour
monitoring, predictive maintenance with analytics. The module addresses food safety and energy
efficiency. Managed the team working on the Fleet Module which deals with Fleet Preventive
Maintenance and Fuel Management.
 Did a POC for an Options Trading Platform which uses LLAMA3 for Sentimental Analysis along with
strategies using TA, OI and Candlestick patterns.
 Setup the Master Data for Warehouse with $80 M Stock for Smart Doors and refrigeration related
stock where Husmann is our main customer. We have used ERP Next which an open source SAAS
based ERP. Covers the item master, customer master, vendor master and invoicing modules.

Responsibilities:

As a seasoned Release Train Engineer/Assoc. Director for Salesforce CRM, I bring a wealth of experience in
managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams. I work closely with Scrum Masters in the
Scrum of Scrum Role in Scaled Agile - SAFe at AT&T, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within
budget, and to the highest quality standards.

One of my recent accomplishments was negotiating the vendor contract for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
implementation and rollout with Bounteous. In addition, I played a critical role in multiple epics
decommissioning email templating engines at AT&T as part of the Digital Transformation journey. This
involved working closely with Mulesoft Services to work with Upstream Kafka based Systems and pass the
data to Analytical Systems/Data Lake in Snowflake and Database Services in Cassandra. We have done A/B
Testing for different Email Templates based on different creative designs. The Mulesoft services use
GraphQL based API with both the upstream and downstream systems.

As part of my responsibilities, I also worked with a Scrum Team in Salesforce Service Cloud for post-sales
customer support enablement. I was involved in the hiring process for building the Service Cloud Team and
the initial setup and initiating exceptions for Tools required for development and access to AT&T Systems.
Furthermore, I managed the Tech Mahindra Team for Supporting Sales and Service Cloud. I successfully
completed manual synching of Production Code with all the lower environments for multiple releases.

One of my key contributions was building the Platform Support Team for Salesforce, wherein we built a 12-
member team for Salesforce Governance and a horizontal for architecting solutions across Salesforce Sales,
Service, and Marketing Clouds. This team was responsible for managing and maintaining the Salesforce
platform, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement

 Was a Tower Lead for Supply Chain , PLM & ERP (SAP, Peoplesoft and JDA) and Analytics (Oracle OBIEE
and SAP Analytics Cloud) Sub-clusters with a team size of 145 resources. Worked on a Large Scaled
Implementation of One Network in the Scaled Agile Project Management framework as a Program
Management area primary focusing on intelligent Edge Networks for 5G for Verizon. It is part of
Grooms ART which deals with Network optimization. Worked on Telecom disputes application for
Verizon called Verify and iVerify as Scrum Master/ Manager working closely with development/design
teams from Verizon and Infosys.
 Cloud Migration of 7 Supply Chain Applications to Azure which included DevOps Automations (CICD
Pipelines) and Test Automation Scripts (~ 1500 Test Cases automated).
 We enhanced and managed Verizon wireless Inventory applications which included interfacing with
UPS for shipping notifications. We managed the inventory related to Verizon wireless products.
 Prepared the Architectural & Solution documents for 22 Supply Chain Applications that were

 Developed a Development as a Service (DAAS) Cloud based product. The intention of product was to
develop a cloud based IDE with ALM features and collaboration features. The intent was developing
an IDE for embedded programming to debug PCBs remotely. Prototyping was done using raspberry pi
and Arduino. The product was developed using Node.js and Angular.
 Led the development of Proximity Marketing Solution using beacon technology. The development of
the Full Stack Application was done using Angular 4, Node.js and MongoDB. The Rest API’s were
developed using Node.js. We also developer a POC using GraphQL.
 Designing and developing a multi-player real-time quizzing game in the educational field. The
application used Angular and .NET backend. The Application extensively used websockets for real-
time interactions. The application was deployed on Azure and develop to scale for 1000s of users.
Worked closely with UX engineer for excellent usability.
 Created a blueprint document for APSFL ( AP Fiber) as a consultant Project Manager which included
the modules like Billing, Inventory/Logsitics Management, Channel Registration & PORT request, CRM,
Customer Acquisition. Work with architects and propose high performance solutions for call centers
using the enterprise architectural stack using Kubernetes in AWS Cloud. The solution was built using
PEGA Application. We incorporated the PEGA based Virtual Assistant across the CRM requirements.

Notable Accomplishments
 Was involved in multiple projects related to warehouse consolidation where Verizon rationalized their
Warehouses from 6 to 1 central warehouse.
 Involved in two releases of ERP (SAP) convergence, which will bring in the Supply Chain, Finance and
Real Estate functions in one SAP (vSAP). The Net Present Value of the project (NPV) was
$174.4 M as of 2013.
 Worked for the Sourcing team at Verizon in multiple projects for indirect spend using ARIBA and Contract
compliance using SAP CLM (vSource), SAP SCM and SAP ECC 6.0. The Sourcing team was integral part of the
Supply Chain IT team for over 6 years reporting to me.
 Was part of the team which created the entire IT, footprint of Verizon Wireline IT and gave it to
Frontier Communications for the spun-off landlines and FIOS (Optical Fiber to the premise) lines in 16
states. This project has IT benefits of $500 M to Support Frontier post spinoff.
 Worked with Clean and Screen for FIOS (Fiber) in the Reverse Logistics at Verizon where CPE Manager
and SAP ECC 6.0 were interfacing with CTDI applications to track the returned material
 Implemented split valuation for SetTopBoxes(STB) and ONT Material in SAP across Tax Jurisdictions.
 Integrated SAP with Vertex which provides SAP customers with integrated technology and services to
seamlessly manage global indirect tax across the SAP ecosystem and Taxes and Treasury related
functions.
 Material Movement and payments across Jurisdictions both within US and across the Globe and the
impact on Treasury functions was determined and calculated in SAP for Verizon wireline and enterprise
business entities.
 We also developed RNSC (Reverse Network Supply Chain) Application to manage Reverse Logistics for
Verizon Wireline and Verizon Business units.
 Verizon Fleet functions were transitioned into SAP and subsequently into Enrich which have
benefits of close to $15 M
 Took care of the team for Web Logic Integration (WLI), CPEM (Customer Premise Equipment
Manager), and 18 Legacy Applications resulting in eliminating 3 SOWS from Satyam and Infosys
thereby grossing a net savings of $500 K for Verizon in 2006.
 Managed multiple projects in Development, Application and Production Support in multiple
technologies like SAP, SAP-BW, SAP-BASIS, SAP-SRM, ARIBA, and host of OS (AIX, HP etc) and
database (Oracle, Informix) for Production Support. The Team aligned well with the organizations
objectives of bringing down the BAU Support costs from 11 to 9% overall.
 Was involved in all Supply Chain Systems undergoing a Transformation to SAP by interfacing the
engineering, invoicing and Logistic Applications with SAP resulting with estimated business benefits
of $30M. This Transformation enabled users in Verizon Telecom to have visibility to materials across
US Nation-Wide Coast-to-Coast and also helped in Sourcing Savings by synergies enabled via price
compliance.
 Supported Pegas, which was one of the largest implementations of Ariba and later moved the
implementation over to SAP. Eliminated Ariba based Procurement Application (Pegas) for indirect
procurement and moved in the functions over to SAP.
 Enrichment of Verizon spend (over $80 B) of historical data which was completed in 2007 using the
Ariba spend.
 Built SSO Self Integration Tool for Applications in Verizon both wireless and wireline to enable SSO
using Siteminder. The Tool was built using J2EE and Siteminder API’s using the LDAP Store.

Worked as a Consultant for J2EE Development at Multiple Clients in the USA. Clients below:
Bearing Point - Developed Ad Portal Application for New York Times Digital using Java technologies.
Developed screens for submitting logos. Use Cases for upload and Download Logos, icons and manage
them. Used Struts 1.1 for development.
Standard & Poors - Developed the Portfolio Manager module that was part of the Fund Insight
Application. The Portfolio Manager consisted of Screens to Add, Remove, Re-balance (both periods and
allocation) funds with front-end and backend systems including custom loads/fees.
Excel Corp - Developed Value Based Procurement Application for Excel (A subsidiary of Cargill Foods).
The Application was developed using JSP (Struts Framework) and Swing / AWT (updatable Jtables, split
panes, menus and toolbars) with EJB (Session beans bean managed persistence.
BMW Manufacturing Corp - RCMS is the Running Change Management System for new Releases of
BMW Cars at the plant. Application used MVC Type II Architecture with command pattern. The
Framework used was Jakarta struts and Jakarta tiles. The persistence layer was implemented using java
beans and EJB Session beans. Deployment Server was AIX (UNIX) and the database was Oracle.
Quinstreet - Involved in the Member Services team that included Enrollment, Links Management, Lead
Generation and Affiliate commissions. The System included Administration Screens of the Affiliate
Management System. The Admin Screens were used to add, search, update and soft delete records in
the affiliate database. The work was done using servlets, JSPs and JDBC.
