Client : Shell

Project Description

Digital Product Lifecycle Management (DPLM) is an intuitive, intelligent, and integrated enterprise-level digital transformation project
that unlocks value for Shell and its customers. This digital transformation of product lifecycle management at Shell will reduce time
to market, increase revenue by launching high-quality new products covering a breadth of industry segments, improve operational

efficiency and reduce cost, manage promotional activities, introduce more products to markets around the globe (enabling acceleration
of time to market), help reduce risks, improve organizational efficiency, and also enable Shell to be ready for the digital world of
tomorrow (data security, data centralization, and sharing). The objective of DPLM implementation is to implement all the PLM
capabilities (component and substance management, formulation and BOM management, packaging management, saleable product
management, Saleable Product and SKU management for all the business classes of fuels, bitumen, and sulfur products) into a DPLM
solution so that it can become a single source of truth for the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Conducted requirement elicitation sessions with identified stakeholders by dealing with multiple stakeholders from different
regions or countries with different cultures and time zones.
• Creating AS-IS and TO-BE Process documentation and reviewing it with workstream leads and process analysts.
• Documenting all the functional, non-functional, integration, data migration, and reporting requirements in Azure DevOps as well
as the vendor's requirement tool and sharing it with multiple vendors, ensuring relevant details are added, e.g., detailed user
story, acceptance criteria for stakeholder review and sign-off etc.

Project Description

Supporting the global deployment of the Oracle Agile PLM4P solution. Moving all data from existing legacy systems into the new one
and deploying the templates (raw material, formulation, packs, printed material, and trade) using a data migration approach (template
validation, data assessment, data cleaning, build migration capabilities, data freeze, and migrate data) to have a global single source of
truth and rapid traceability across the full product portfolio

Responsibilities

• Participation in a kick-off meeting with template owners to understand legacy applications, templates, and new ways of working
at the client location in Mexico for 6 months
• Preparation of high-level and low-level project plans and discussing them with stakeholders.

within existing products for better margins and launching a new program with a target cost and weight of chassis. Application: roll up
multiple costs and weights at different levels of maturity and compare against target costs and weights. Application development is
done using Micro Services API, Angular UI, DevExpress UI Components, MySQL, Snowflake, and Windchill data sources, and Asp.net
Core using AWS containers and Dockers.

subproject types, material types, document types, formula types, etc. to meet the requirements of internal groups like R&D, regulatory,
nutrition science, medical safety science, etc. It helped them improve product and formula quality, cycle time, and compliance.

• Product development, enhancements, and POC using C#.net for GSM (Material, Formulation, Packaging, Print, Trade), SCRM,
and other modules
