1 Credit Policy : Our credit policy stipulates that the bill is due on the billing date only, without any extensions.
2 ZIP/PIN Code : Correct PIN CODE and Tel No are mandatory for forwarding to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
3 Insurance : Our packet insurance policy offers coverage at 2% of the invoice or declared value; otherwise, no claims will be accepted.
4 Paperwork : All consignments must have a proper invoice/declaration with an eight-digit HSN code supported by GSTN or Aadhaar.
5 Delivery Details : Delivery details are accessible exclusively on our website and are limited to 30 days from the booking date.
6 Payment terms : No deductions are allowed without ON POINT EXPRESS concurrence, and payments are only accepted through UPI/Bank transfer only.
7 Rates validity : Rates and contracts for 2024 are valid but subject to withdrawal at any time.
8 Weight : Weight will be determined based on the actual or volumetric measurement, whichever is higher.
9 Volumetric weight : LWH/5000 (CM) equals Volume Weight.
10 Address correction : The domestic address change or correction charge is xed at 1250
11 Return / undelivered : RTO, government duty, and destroy charges will be applied according to the network policy.
12 Duty & taxes : Any additional levies, taxes, and duties imposed by the destination country's government will be charged separately.
13 Remote Area : An additional 2900 + GST will be charged for deliveries to remote areas.
14 Liability : We do not hold liability for delays and loss; FOC Courier applies with equal weight and destination considerations.
15 In the event of any dispute, Jaipur jurisdiction shall apply.

diverted, returned or liquidated, without permission and information. This has been clearly explained to us by On Point Express, we further indemnity for full against any claim related to this
