Outline for a Cooperative training Report Writing Format

Structure of Cooperative training Report


After successful completion of Cooperative training period every student is required to produce
reports. The Cooperative training report comprises of all the details about a student’s Cooperative
training experience: where the internee worked as an intern, what position the internee was appointed,
the tenure of his/her Cooperative training, tasks completed by an intern, and the skills acquired during
the process.
The Cooperative training in Accounting and Finance report should have the following formats and
contents:

Cover Page: It must be prepared in a straightforward manner and should contain the following
information.
 Your name & ID No
 The names of your University
 The name of your Industrial Practice hosting company
 The duration of your cooperative training / Industrial Practice
 The date of the submission of your report

1.5. Problems observed that affect the organization at current time and its critical issues
1.6. Suggested solutions or measures to be taken to solve or at least minimize the problems.

PART TWO: - ACTIVITY REPORT
2.1 Background of the department/division where you have been working
