As you instructed, in order to streamline the CCTV system and Access Control System and
centralize the operations at the administration department, please find a proposal with the
action plan, cost, scope of work, and so on for your review and approval. The administration
will be entirely responsible for the management of both systems in accordance with Ministry
of Interior guidelines.

Project Shifting of Existing CCTV Monitoring System


 Shifting & Installation of all existing CCTV devices from the data
center to the proposed CCTV equipment room.
 Data Cables pulling from existing data center to proposed CCTV
equipment room.
 Electrical cabling for power supply.
Action Plan
 Shifting of existing Switches & NVR from data center to proposed
CCTV & accesses control equipment room.
 Installation of dedicated UPS for the CCTV as per MOI
requirements.

Cost AED: 4000.00 Approximately


 All camera and NVR IP details need to be provided.
IT Support  Admin rights NVR and cameras Password need to be provided.
 CCTV System BOQ needs to be provided.
 1st floor & 10th floor CCTV system as Bulti drawings needs to be
provided.
 ADMCC last approved report needs to be provided.
 Provide access to Server Room for removing existing CCTV System
in presence of IT staff.

Work Week Schedule


Schedule  The task starts on Friday afternoon, after 12 pm.
 Saturday full day from Morning 9 Am to 6 Pm (Testing &
Commissioning).
Project Re-Structuring of Existing Access Control System
 Access Control System Server Remote Access needs to be provided.
 Matrix Software System Admin password needs to be provided by
IT.
 All branches Access Control system existing device Admin rights
IT Support Password needs to be provided by IT.
 All branches Access Control system existing device IP details need
to be provided by IT.

 Develop a device classification, mapping, and network architecture


flowchart for future reference.
 Existing user license will expire in June 2024 and need to be
renewed.
 User access privileges for all staff to be established to have better
control and audit trials.
 Create a department group in line with our requirements.
 Path controllers and access routes need to be restructured as per
Action Plan our requirements.
 The user license limit should be increased to 300 to accommodate
new employees.
 Develop and establish the SOP.
 Access control systems must be integrated with fire alarm systems
in the event of an emergency evacuation, according to Civil Defense
prerequisites.
 New Branch Access control system will be integrated.

 Experiencing technical challenges with existing devices when


enrolling new employees.
 Certain staff members have access to restricted areas.
 Employee data was entered incorrectly, and many mismatches were
found.
 Due to the same ID recurrence, the staff ID and Matrix ID conflict
when transmitting data to the HR Software system.
 There are no door access privileges for entry and exit.
Discrepancies  Employees can access the premises on the 10th floor, even on
of the Sundays. Need to be realigned.
Existing
 No control over device software or firmware updates, resulting in

standby mode.
 IT professionals can modify the controls system without prior
clearance from the Administration Department.
 Some devices, particularly the IT Room, Switch Room, and Server
Room, do not appear in the software device list, while being part of
the same access control system.
