INTRODUCTION OF THE GUEST SPEAKER

Good evening to each and every one. It is a great privilege to introduce you our
Guest Speaker for this event. Our Guest speaker is the 12 th child of Mr. Nacar Eyadan
Talawec and Felomina Bakilan Talawec and a native of –iMajukayong Tribe. He
finished his elementary school at Addang Elementary School year 2008 and received
an exemplary award. He continued his high school at Bacarri National Trade
Agricultural School-Labay Annex now known as Paracelis Technical and Vocational
High School year 2012. He finished Two-Year Certificate of Agriculture at Kalinga
State University year 2014 with an award of Leadership of the Year. After finishing the
said certificate, he decided to pursue his degree, Bachelor of Science in Agriculture
Major in Animal Science at Benguet State University. He was one of the Centennial
graduates during their Batch and received an Award of Outstanding Student Leader of
the Year academic year 2016-2017. He also finished his Professional Education (18)
Units at the same University.
During his College life, he headed the College of Agriculture Student
Government (CASG) one of the biggest Registered Student Organizations in the
University. In his term as the Governor, he had federated the eight (8) Registered
Students Organizations as a federalized government. With his leadership, the College
of Agriculture Student Government has increased income/funds through income
generating projects (IGP) such as selling of centennial t-shirts, centennial pushpin,
raffle draw, selling of cartoons and plastic bottles and conducting variety show.

Furthermore, his leadership, the College of Agriculture was able to become the
Champion of the first University Academic Olympics Competitions, champion of the
“environmental debate” competition hosted by the Youth Environmental Society (YES)
and first runner-up in the 2017 University Intramurals. In leading the CA students, he
also conducted solid work in the College premises, environmental cleaning and tree
planting at the Balili River in collaboration with the Barangay LGU and Municipal
Environment Officers and donated shirts and pants to MSDW, La Trinidad, Benguet
during the Landslide at Benguet. Also, his leadership, he had successfully coordinated
student activities related to BSU’s Centennial celebration by hosting university-wide
student competition like Larong Lahi contest, Quiz bee contest among RSO’s together
with other Student Organizations. While leading the College of Agriculture Students
Government, he became student assistant in two consecutive summer term and one
semester to earn a living. He was one of the University nominee for the Ten
Outstanding Student of Philippines and Finalist for the BSU OSShayao.

In terms of his work experiences, He started his job as Review Coordinator at


BSU Alumni Association just after his graduation and hired as Administrative staff at
the BSU Human Resource Development Office. Our guest speaker is currently
teaching at Mountain Province State Polytechnic College-Paracelis Campus, Bacarri,
Paracelis Mt. Province as a College Instructor and presently enrolled at the Ifugao
State University for his Master’s Degree.

With his valuable experiences, he had built a strong composure, competency,


and comprehensive thinking. To note that his friendly attitude was suitable for
sharing his knowledge to the students as well as to the co-instructors.

Ladies for gentlemen, PROUDLY Present to you our GUEST SPEAKER for this
event, a handsome and a pride of iBunot none other than MR. HITLER BAKILAN
TALAWEC also known as “Scott”. Let’s give a round of applause.
