this an admin functionality (through a portal) is built where the authorized user can go and make changes.
These changes will be reflected in next Foreclosure review process

Solutions: Redesigning and restructuring of eAccounts R1B workflow as per client’s requirement.

Description:
It was a workflow which is being used by various technician to process policy and premiums.

 Creation of different workbaskets for two separate work objects

 Removed all SLAs and used Agents instead for processing.
 Redesigned workflow using SOAP integration, where based on certain response a work object had to
be created.
