Product Description

7331BP0802 is a single pack, thin-film, solvent-borne intumescent coating, designed to

provide fire protection for composite and aluminium engine coatings and nacelles.

Surface Preparation and Pretreatment

Ensure surface is clean, dry and intact, using a high performance cleaner, DeSoto® CN20
or Desoclean™ 45 solvent cleaners are recommended. Substrate temperature should be
at least 3°C (37°F) above dew point during application and drying.

Instructions for Use

Stir product thoroughly till homogeneous and smooth consistency is achieved. Thin with
up to 5% thinner if required. Adding excess thinner can result in reduced sag resistance
and slower cure.

Note: All products components should be placed in ambient conditions of 15-30°C (59-
86°F) for at least 24 hours prior to mixing and application.

Storage Recommendations

Inspect the condition of the container to ensure compliance. The material should be
stored at temperatures between 5°C to 35°C (41°F to 95°F) to ensure shelf life.
