The Team

performance. Developing integrated, strategically-aligned operational risk management solutions allow
organizations to make optimized business decisions.
Work you’ll do
As a Team Member in our Operational Risk Advisory team you’ll build and nurture positive working
relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations

 Develop and execute change management strategies tailored to finance-related initiatives,


considering the unique needs and challenges of financial processes.
 Collaborate closely with finance teams to assess the impact of changes on financial operations,
reporting, and analysis, and design change plans accordingly.
 Conduct change readiness assessments within the finance department to identify potential
obstacles, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
 Create clear and effective communication plans, messages, and materials to articulate changes,
benefits, and expectations to finance stakeholders.
 Design and deliver targeted training programs and workshops that empower finance teams to
navigate changes successfully and leverage new tools.
 Monitor and measure the adoption and effectiveness of change initiatives within the finance
function, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
 Collaborate with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure a holistic and integrated
approach to change management.
 Develop post-implementation strategies to sustain changes and continuously improve financial
processes.
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in both change
management and finance to enhance organizational outcomes.
Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or


relevant certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
 Have good functional knowledge of Finance and accounts and exposure to accounting tools like
SAP, (FICO module), Blackline, Hyperion, JDE etc
 3-5 years of experience in change management, finance, or a related role, ideally with exposure to
financial planning, analysis, reporting, or operations. Experience of working with global entities,
and have exposure to have worked in mid to large scale finance change initiatives
 Profound understanding of change management methodologies and techniques, combined with a
solid foundation in financial concepts and practices.
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence
stakeholders across finance and other functions.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of assessing and addressing potential
financial impacts of change.
 Previous experience designing and delivering finance-focused training programs is a plus.
 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
 Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities
effectively.
