Franchisor’s covenants

► Assistance with the design for the said Franchised Outlet including kitchen layout, restaurant décor, equipment required
► Staff Training
► Final menu with prices as decided by the Franchisor
► All the recipes as per the menu
► Assistance with the marketing & promotional activities of the Franchisee outlet
► Raw material (selected), packaging material, uniform of the staff will be provided by the Franchisor
► Assistance with the procurement of additional raw material at best prices (not provided by Franchisor)
► Assistance with tying up with food delivery platforms (Zomato, Swiggy etc.)
► Assistance with procurement of necessary licenses (Food, labour etc.) and GST number
► Any other assistance as per the need of the Frachisee

Franchisee’s covenants

► All the planning, designing and construction costs of the Franchised Outlet including cost related to procurement of necessary equipment shall be
borne by the Franchisee
► Active involvement to run the outlet, including day to day operations and management of staff
► Expenses associated with the marketing & promotional activities
► Fees associated with procurement of Licenses (food, GST etc.)
► Timely payment of the monthly rent (if applicable), staff salaries, cost of raw material and royalty
► Strict compliance with the menu, the recipes, ingredients and quality as per Franchisor’s standard
► Timely procurement of all the raw materials and packaging materials at the prices decided by the Franchisor

Cost of Franchise

Option 1 – Full menu including Chinese main course

► A Franchise Fee of Rs. 6,00,000/- + GST (Rs. Six Lacs Plus GST) which shall be paid on or before the date of execution of the contract.
► Estimated set-up cost of outlet 8-10 Lacs (may vary as per the actuals), which include designing, kitchen setup, equipment etc.
► Marketing & promotional activities cost (as per actuals)
► Royalty @6% of Net sales per month

Option 2 – Non Chinese Food Menu (excluding Chinese main course)

► A Franchise Fee of Rs. 4,00,000/- + GST (Rs. Four lacs Plus GST) which shall be paid on or before the date of execution of the
contract.
► Estimated set-up cost of outlet 4-6 Lacs (may vary as per the actuals), which include designing, kitchen setup, equipment etc.
► Marketing & promotional activities cost (as per actuals)
► Royalty @6% of Net sales per month
