Message for the Class of 2023

Assalamualaikum.
My warmest greetings to the Class of 2023 for the successful culmination of your academic endeavors. This milestone attests
to the hard work and perseverance you have exemplified as you embark on another journey leading you to the realization
of your aspirations of a better life and a better future.I join your families and academic communities in celebrating this
achievement.
We recognize their valuable role in your growth and development as well-rounded individuals — preparing you to face the
demands of higher learning or navigate the complexity of life as successful professionals. I am with you in forging a path
toward progress even as you continue to live by the tenets that have guided you in your academic training and inspired you
to pursue
excellence as young leaders. May the knowledge and skills you have gained serve as your springboard for greater success and
inspire you to become catalysts of transformative social growth within your respective communities.I hope you will realize
the depth of your potential and the power that you now possess as young educated Filipinos — and use this not only to
achieve your dreams and change your lives for the better, but also help our fellow Filipinos and our
country.As future leaders and builders of our nation, may you become persistent, determined, and committed to the fight
for peace, security and stability, the ending of poverty, the campaign to give Filipino children access to basic education, the
protection of the environment, the promotion of health and nutrition, and many other challenges that we are facing today.
Consistent with our vision in the MATATAG agenda, we will continue to promote programs and uphold reforms that will
nurture resilient mindsets so that we can hone young Filipinos who have the capacity and resiliency to thrive in challenging
circumstances.
The grit and resilience of Filipino learners amid the difficulties of everyday life will continue to inspire us and empower us
in building an education system that responds to the changes of our time. Through an inclusive education that is forged by a
positive learning environment, I am optimistic that we can continue to produce competent young citizens like you who will
help steer our nation’s path to sustainable development.Let this milestone remind us of the indispensable role of education
in charting the course of our youth’s future and in harnessing their potential to become outstanding individuals.
This year’s graduates have done a great job of channeling their passions into endeavors that will enrich their pursuits and
advance their respective vocations and professions. As you move into the next chapter of education and leave the halls of
your alma mater, it is my hope that you will unceasingly work hard to become active
stakeholders in our nation-building efforts.Together with our academic partners in all education levels, let us remain
committed to promoting our youth’s strong sense of nationalism so they can be part of a productive and responsible citizenry

Congratulations Elementary Completers on reaching this significant milestone in your educational journey!

You have made all of us - your parents and teachers, immensely proud. Today we celebrate your acheivements as you
transition from elementary to new horizon. The theme for this momentous occasion “K to 12 Graduates: Molded
through a Resilient Educational Foundation captures the essence of your educational experience and the strength
you have displayed througout.

Indeed, education is a transformation journey, om that shapes individuals and empowers them to face the challeng-
es of life with grit and confidence. You have been molded through a resilient educational foundation, one that has
equipped you with knowledge, skills and values to truly remarkable, especially in the face of un precedented circum-
stances.

In times of difficulty, may you find solace and inspiration in the wisdom of the Scriptures. As you embark on new
adventures, I urge you to remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6: “Trust in the LORD with all your hearts and lean
not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths, “Seek guidance
from God as you navigate the choices and challenges that lie ahead. Have faith in yourself and trust in the path that
He has laid before you.

Througout history, renowed education leaders and advocates have emphasized the significance of education and its
impact on society Nelson Mandela once said “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change
the world. “Your education has armed you with the tools to make a positive difference in your communities, and I
encourage you to utilize your knowledge and skills to create a better worlds for all.

Remember the transformative power of education and never underestimate your ability to impact the lives of others.
Be advocates for knowledge, justice, and equality. Your education has provided you with equal opportunities, and I
implore you to champion the cause of accessible and quality education for all.

As you bid farewell to your elementary school years and step into the next phase of your educational journey,
remember that resilience, continous learning and a thirst for knowledge will be your guiding lights.
Embrace every opportunity for growth, be open to new experiences and remain steadfast in your pursuit
of excellence.

SDO Leyte family extends heartfelt congratulations to the Resilient Completers and Graduates of SY 2022-2023 for achieving this
remarkable milestone in your awe-inspiring journey!

We gather here today to celebrate the theme of this year’s end-of-school-year rite (EOSK), “K-12 Graduates: Molded through a Re-
silient Educational Foundation, “which serves as a testament to the indomitable spirit of every learner and yet another significant
accomplishment in our division’s history.

Undoubtedly, your path has been marked by numerous challenges including late-night performance tasks, sudden shifts in mo-
dality, and class suspensions due to inclement weather, However, these hurdles have only served to reveal your resilience, shaping
you into an individual who has weathered the storms of testing and growth. Within each of you lies a deep wellspring of inherent
strength and fortitude. It is through these virtues that you have conquered adversity and completed your education amidst a
multitude of crises.

As you stand on the precipice of your future, take a moment to reflect on your achievement. Recognize the profound impact you
have made and the lasting legacy you have established. Each step you have taken has laid a vital foundation for constructing the
path of your life. Now, as you embark on new journeys and dare to dream bigger dreams, embrace every opportunity that comes

Message for the Class of 2023

The class of 2023 are the product of challenges caused by adversties


such us COVID-19 pandemic, natural calamities, mental and emotional disturbances
and other factors. However, these challenges made you stronger and resilient where you
survived the toughest times, in the end harvested the triumph in the pursuit of educa-
tion.
To the graduates you are the learners who have been seasoned by time as reflected in our
Theme: Gradweyt ng K-12: Hinubog ng Matatag na edukasyon (K-12 Graduates: Molded
through our Resilient Educational Foundation).

Indeed, you have been equipped with the knowledge, skills and values which will guide
you in the next ladder of learning. The foundation you earned in elementary years may
inspire you to strive harder and proceed the next level of education. We look forward
to hear your life story as K-12 graduates inspiration and loses be a motivation. Failures
are part of life journey and teach lessons, thus, use it positively to achieve success and
fulfilment.

To the proud parents and guardians, thank you for never stop supporting your children.
It is not an easy task to nurture your children in supporting them financially, emotionally
and morally. The struggles will still continue as they embark into a higher learning expe-

My warmest CONGRATULATIONS to the Graduates of Hira-an Elementary

Graduation is always a time of joy and celebration despite the challenges
encountered along the way.

Today is a proof of your resilience and victory. You have survived one of the tough-
