with a primary focus on A4 papers. Our product line will include:

We are currently seeking seed funding of 5 million shillings to actualize
our plan, below is the invoice breakdown of our first batch of paper we
want to import from China.
Costing Breakdown - A4 Paper Shipping

Costing:
As per above costing sheet below is the working on profit margin
1. 4, 483,751.48 is the total amount to be incurred to bring in 8,000
reams inclusive of VAT, but we will work with a figure of Ksh
3,915,655.98 as we will be able to claim back all the VAT.

4. My previous deliveries were all done at a fixed price of Ksh 700


however in order to be competitive we will price my selling price at
Ksh 605, 5 shillings lower than the current market price

5. 605 – 490 = 115.

8,000 reams x Ksh 115 = Ksh 920,000

As above once all the reams are sold a profit margin of Ksh 920,00
will be realized.

Based on my sales projections all the reams will be sold within three months and
six months from now the company will be taking special orders for full container
loads every month as this product is fast moving.
6.3 Financial Forecast:
We anticipate steady growth in revenue over the first three years, with
profitability achieved by the end of the second year. Specific financial
projections will be detailed in the comprehensive business plan and financial
statement.
