    Bilateral apical pleural caping is noted.


    However, no active lung parenchymal lesion noted.
    Heart appears normal in size and shape.
    Both domes of diaphragm are well defined and CP angles sharply outlined.
    Normal bony thorax.

    IMPRESSION:
    Chronic inflammatory changes.
    Clinical correlation is advised.
