ORDER
As per the G.O. read above, Government had revised the rates
for the issue of Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificates being issued
by authorized testing stations for different classes of vehicles, as
follows:

2) The Association of Authorized Testing Stations for Motor


Vehicles (Kerala) and the Vehicle Emission Testing Owners
Association, vide representations, read as 2 nd and 3 rd papers above,
respectively, represented Government to enhance the rates for the issue
of Pollution Under Control certificates.
3) As per the letter read as 4 t h paper above, the Transport
Commissioner has recommended to enhance the rates of Pollution
Under Control certificates.
4) Government have examined the matter, in detail, and are
pleased to order as follows:-
(i) The validity of PUC Certificates for Two and Three Wheeler
vehicles (Petrol) come under BS IV category, which have no PUC
norms fixed for the time being, will be six months;
(ii) The enhanced rates of issue of Pollution Under Control certificates
with its validity period is as detailed in the table below:
