Problem & Solution

Give facts and data of the problem your solving: according to “WHO” , approximately 285 million people
worldwide are visually impaired. Current assistive technologies for visually impaired include white canes and
electronic aids they often have limitations in range and specificity. “AI” algorithms can enhance sensor data by
identifying and classifying various particles and obstacles.

Describe your solution in two lines: Our solution integrates an AI-Powered particle sensor with cooling glasses,
Detecting surrounding objects within a certain distance and providing real-time audio feedbacks via headphones.

SDG Impact
SDG 3: With approx of 285 million visually impaired people globally, our solution can significantly improve their
daily lives by enhancing mobility and independance ,By reducing the risk of accidents and improving mental well-
being.

SDG 10: making assistive technology more affordable and accessible , reducing inequalities faced by blind
individuals, contributing to the assistive technology market, potentially reducing healthcare costs associated with
injuries and dependence on caregivers for blind individuals.

SDG 12: Utilizing eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient components in the production of sensors to minimize
environmental impacts. Hence designing durable and reliable devices to reduce e-waste,promoting responsible
consumption and production.

Unique features
•REAL TIME AI FEEDBACKS
•INTEGRATED WEARABLE DESIGN
•ENHANCED DETECTION RANGE
•SUSTAINABLE AND DURABLE

How affordable is your solution/technology?

By using readily available and mass-produced sensors, such as LIDAR or ultrasonic
sensors.leveraging scalable manufacturing processes allows for economies of scale,
reducing the unit cost as production volume increases . The use of durable and reliable
components minimizes the need for frequent repairs or replacement.by pricing the
device competivity within the assistive technology market, it ensures that it remains
within reach for many users around the globe.
Mode
Target customers &
This project is B2C type,it is primarily designed for direct sales to
consumers,specifically targeting visually impaired individuals
who will benefit from the enhanced mobility and independence.
Revenue model
First calculate the cost of your making your product and add profit margin for
Selling price Competitor’s pricing: you. This will give you the SELLING Price. Once the selling price is calculated
1. Aira smart Glasses: $300-$500 you need to figure out the business model (How are you going to sell it and
2.Orcam Myeye: $3500 make people buy it). Most important of all
pricing strategy: given our target is to provide an affordable yet competitive product, we will Who are you selling to? Who is your customer? Check the examples below
position our pricing towards the lower end of the market.base price:$250 and profit margin:
30-50%

Customers
Demographic: individuals aged 18-65, urban or suburban areas.
Preference: enhanced mobility and independence.
Target Departments: health and social services, disability services.
Geography: India,USA,Canada and Auatralia.
Consumers: ease of use, portability and reliability.
Government and corporates: Cost effectiveness and compliance.
SME and NGO’s: Innovation, support and impact.

Payment
Direct purchase: online sales, retail stores.
Payment options: credit/debit cards, digital wallets and
installment plans.
International Sales: Distributors and Direct Exports.
Contracts and Grants: Governmnet procurement, corporate bulk
purchases and funded projects.
Market size & Competitors
Knowing your competition is important to build leverage. Check out the list of companies in the same field as
your solution/technology and write down in bullet points the top companies in India and abroad

SAM You can talk to potential customers and ask them to give you a score out of 10 or Like or
Dislike or a 5 star rating and include it below. The more people you can talk to the more
you get an idea of how you can make your product better. If your customers are
Serviceable Available
common people (B2C or D2C) try talking to people in your circle in the particular age
Market (SAM)
SOM group your targeting. If your customers are businesses (B2B) like in case your developing
a technology that can be used by corporates then try to reach out to people working in
Serviceable corporates through email or LinkedIN
Obtainable Market
(SOM)
Market size basically indicates how many people we can sell to. In TAM Section, you can
fill in the maximum amount of revenue (in USD or INR) your technology can make
across the GLOBE. In SAM, you need to show the target market, specific countries you
want to target first and the revenue of the same. In SOM, you show the revenue that is
7/10
realistic and achievable in short-medium time period. Include some potential customer feedback/inputs for extra points !
