CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Employment Contract ("Contract") is made and entered into on this ___ day
of _____, 20, by and between:
CARE PHILIPPINES, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws
of the Philippines, with its principal place of business at B27 L2 Homes
Subdivision, Bagumbong, Caloocan City, represented herein by __________
and
__________, of legal age, [SINGLE/MARRIED], with a postal address at

_______________________________, hereinafter referred to as the
(“EMPLOYEE”).
WITNESSETH: THAT
WHEREAS, the Employer desires to employ the Employee and the Employee
agrees to be employed by the Employer under the terms and conditions set forth
in this Contract.
1. Position and Duties
The Employer agrees to employ the Employee as a Job Title, and the Employee
agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities associated with this position, as
determined by the Employer from time to time.
2. Term of Employment
The employment shall commence on Start Date and shall continue until
terminated by either party in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
3. Compensation
The Employee shall be compensated at the rate of Salary/Compensation Details,

subject to standard legal deductions and withholdings.
4. Benefits

The Employee will be entitled to participate in the Employer’s benefits programs,
including but not limited to List of Benefits, in accordance with the terms of such
programs.
5. Training and Education
The Employer may, at its discretion, provide the Employee with opportunities for
further education and training to enhance their skills and capabilities in
connection with their employment.
6. Bonding Provision
6.1 Training and Education Bond
In consideration of the education and training opportunities provided by the

Employer, the Employee agrees to be bonded to the Employer for a period of
three (3) years commencing from the completion date of the training or education
program provided by the Employer ("Bond Period").
6.2 Obligation to Reimburse
Should the Employee voluntarily terminate their employment with the Employer,
or be terminated for cause, before the expiration of the Bond Period, the
Employee shall reimburse the Employer for the costs associated with the training
and education provided, on a prorated basis, calculated as follows:
 Full cost of training/education if resignation or termination occurs within

one (1) year of completion.
 Two-thirds (2/3) of the cost if resignation or termination occurs after one
(1) year but before two (2) years.
 One-third (1/3) of the cost if resignation or termination occurs after two (2)
years but before three (3) years.
6.3 Acknowledgment
The Employee acknowledges that the education and training provided by the
Employer significantly enhance their professional qualifications and marketability,
and therefore, agrees to the terms of this bonding provision.
7. Confidentiality
The Employee agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Employer's

proprietary information and trade secrets.

This Contract may be terminated by either party with or without cause upon thirty
(30) calendar days written notice to the other party.
9. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the Republic of the Philippines.
10. Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect
to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements,
understandings, and negotiations.

Contract as of the day and year first above written.
