     Scope Exclusions :
    1. Scaffolding / Scissor Lift / Boom Lift / Hydra / Forklift required for installation.

    3. Lodging Boarding and local transfer of installation team.
    4. Input Main Power Supply with proper earthing at floor level.
    5. Power Cable if needed more than 30 meter per Fan.
    6. Cable tray, Cable tray fitting & Lights shifting or any kind for existing item, is 100% in buyer scope.
    7. Unloading of Fan from transport, plant internal movement and storage, Preservation.
    8. If any part of building, ceiling, roof, wall etc. affected during installation. Rework shall be done by Buyer.
    However, proper precautions will be taken while installation to prevent any damage.
    9. Preparing site ready for Installing Fan with Wiring, Open floor.
    10. Any Civil work if required. (i.e., RCC drilling, Anchor Fastening)
    11. Any other item or expense or Taxes not listed above.
    12. Any additional structural work if required. (i.e., Placement of additional beams or supports to install the
    Fan)

     Terms Conditions :
    Delivery : Immediate if available in stock. Otherwise 15 days from the days of releasing PO
    and Advance payment.
    Payment : 90% Advance payment with total invoice GST along with PO, 10% balance
    immediate after installation.
    Installation : Upon confirming the site's readiness and material reception, we will depute a team
    for installation. We kindly request your electrical or maintenance engineer to coordinate with our team
    during this process. Please keep the site with empty space to work, if any item needs to shift or to be
    removed it should be done prior to start of installation, please keep cable tray ready before installation as
    once cable is tied will not relocate to another place, it will be charged extra as per work required.
    Delay Charges : In case our team will be idle for more than 8 Hours due to unavailability of Boom
    lift or scaffolding or any other reasons, Delay Charges will be applicable 5,000/day.
    If we mobilize team from the site then Re-mobilization same amount will be
    applicable 5,000 + Tax
    Offer validity : 15 days from the date of offer.
    Warranty : 2 years manufacturer warranty.
    GST : 18% +
