    • ASSUMPTION
    ➢ This offer is based on your recommended & requested BTU of units.
    ➢ It is also assumed that electrical points required for both – Condensing Unit and Fan Coil Unit shall be provided by you
    within five feet of the proposed installation of the same and that suitable drain point within five feet of the fan coil unit
    shall be provided by you.

    • GENERAL EXCLUSIONS
    1. Any kind of masonry work, such as excavation, cutting away and making good, patching, foundations for any AC. units or
    pumps etc.
    2. Any kind of electrical work like supply or installation of switch board, weather proof isolators, cabling, earthing and any
    others.
    3. Any kind of carpentry work and redecoration etc.
    4. Any kind of insulation work except those related to Air-Conditioning.
    5. Any kind of Power for erection, testing and commissioning.
    6. All types of exhaust fans unless indicated.
    7. Any kind of false ceiling, trunking and aluminum cladding.
    8. Seismic controls and support system
    9. Disposal of flushing water of HVAC systems.
    10. Any other items not specifically included under “Description of work” or in this contract.

    • INDEMNITY
    This contract indemnifies PLANET TEC W.L.L. from any or all accidental damages to the property / furniture and fixtures / and other
    articles which may occur while carrying out the installation work at your site.

    • VALIDITY
    ➢ This offer is valid for a period of (07) Working Days and thereafter subject to our confirmation.
    • GUARANTEE

    AIR CONDITIONING UNITS:


    • We guarantee that all Air Conditioning units Models compressors are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 5 Years from the
    unit’s date of purchase.
    • All other Operating Parts of Air Conditioning units are under warranty for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase.
    • If Operating Parts are found defective during their respective warranty periods we will repair or replace the parts at no charge during
    the mentioned warranty period.
    • If Compressor is found defective during the respective warranty periods we will repair or replace the parts at no charge during the
    mentioned warranty period, an extra charge will be added for the labor and materials of installing the replacement compressor.
    • All Units Follow Company Warranty Policy Card

    HOME APPLIANCES UNITS:


    • We guarantee that all Home Appliances Units are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 1 Year from the unit’s date of
    purchase.
    • If Operating Parts are found defective during their respective warranty periods we will repair or replace the parts at no charge during
    the mentioned warranty period.
    • All Units Follow Company Warranty Policy Card
