expose to temperature above 50 °C. Do not pierce or burn even after use.

Prevention : Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid breathing vapors. Use personal protective equipment as
required.
Response : IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water.

4. FIRST AID MEASURES
Inhalation : Move the victim to fresh air. Get medical attention if any discomfort continues.
Skin Contact : Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Get medical advice/attention if skin irritation persists.

Eye Contact : Wash immediately with plenty of running water. Remove contaminated clothes. Get medical
advice/attention if eye irritation persists.
Ingestion : Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth. Give the victim 1-2 glasses of water. Get immediate medical
attention.
Note to Physician : Treatment is symptomatic.

5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES


General Fire Hazards : This product is EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE.
Suitable Extinguishing : CO2 foam and dry chemical powder. Use suitable fire extinguishing media for surrounding materials or
Media Sand, Dolomite, water spray etc.
Specific Hazards Arising : Unusual fire & explosion hazard. HIGHLY FLAMMABLE! Aerosol explodes in fire and when heated due

8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION


Engineering Controls : Proper ventilation is recommended for controlling exposures.
Local exhaust or general dilution ventilation is preferred to control airborne exposures to below
occupational exposure limits (TLV – 100 ppm ACGIH).

Respiratory Protection : Use appropriate respirator unless local exhaust ventilation is sufficient.
Hand Protection : Wear impermeable chemical protective gloves while handling this material.
Eye Protection : If risk of splashing, wear safety goggles with side shields.
Other Protective Equipment : Wear suitable protective clothing such as aprons against splashing and contamination. Provide
eyewash station
Work/Hygienic Practices : When using, do not eat, drink or smoke. Wash at the end of each work shift and before eating. Wash
hands thoroughly after handling. Contaminated shoes and clothing should be removed after handling
and washed thoroughly before reuse.
