Effective communication is essential for demonstrating professionalism and ethical behavior in
various professional settings. Developing good verbal and written communication skills can help
individuals express themselves clearly and respectfully.
The ability to think critically and make sound judgments is crucial for understanding and
applying professional values and ethics in real-world situations.

Course Objective:
1. To help students to develop an understanding of professionalism and demonstrate
professional behavior in their workplace with ethics and professional values.
2. To identify ethical issues in nursing practice and participate effectively in ethical decision
making along with health team members.
