Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager to join our team and play a crucial
role in ensuring the successful delivery of our software products. The ideal candidate will serve as a
communication bridge between the delivery team and the business stakeholders, ensuring that
products are consistent delivered within reasonable timelines while maintaining high quality. This
role involves overseeing the software development process to ensure it aligns with established
standards and best practices. The IT Delivery Manager will also proactively identify potential issues
or challenges and take appropriate measures to address them in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication and Coordination:
 Act as the primary point of contact between the delivery team and business
stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of project status, updates,
and challenges.
 Facilitate regular meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and review
sessions, to maintain alignment and transparency across teams.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and

objectives, ensuring a shared understanding of goals and expectations.
2. Product Delivery and Quality Assurance:
 Manage the end-to-end delivery process, overseeing project planning, execution,

and delivery to ensure on-time and high-quality product releases.
 Monitor project progress and milestones, identifying potential delays or risks, and
taking proactive steps to mitigate them.
 Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that software

products meet defined standards and specifications.
 Collaborate with testing and QA teams to establish testing criteria, review test plans,
and ensure thorough testing of software components.
3. Software Development Standards:
 Ensure that the software development process aligns with established industry
standards, best practices, and our internal software development life cycle.

 Collaborate with technical leads and architects to define and maintain coding
standards, design principles, and development guidelines.
 Monitor adherence to coding and development standards, providing guidance and

support to the delivery team members as needed.
4. Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
 Proactively identify potential challenges, bottlenecks, or issues in the delivery

process and raise flags early to prevent or minimize impact.
 Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and understand potential risks,

developing contingency plans and solutions to address them.
 Facilitate problem-solving discussions and decision-making to resolve conflicts and

roadblocks, ensuring a smooth development process.
5. Continuous Improvement:
 Lead retrospective sessions to evaluate project outcomes, gather feedback from

team members, and identify areas for improvement.
 Drive the implementation of process enhancements, tools, and techniques to

optimize delivery efficiency and product quality.
 Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and
recommend relevant improvements to the software development life cycle.
Qualifications:
Education:
● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience.
Experience:
 Experience (8+ years) in IT delivery management or similar roles within the

software development industry. Experience with any of the JS UI frameworks like
React.js , Angular.js, Node.js and other frameworks.
Skills:
● Excellent people management and communication, and time management skills.

● Ability to identify problems, to mediate issues, to develop solutions, and to implement
appropriate course of action.
● Experience working with distributed teams and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
● Experience with a responsive design for desktop/mobile with RTL support, Photoshop, Adobe XD

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical
concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
● Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and
effective teamwork.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk management and
issue resolution.
Competencies:
 Software development experience in .Net Core/.Net 6
 Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies, including Agile and
Scrum.
 Experience in quality assurance practices, including testing methodologies and tools.
 Experience in building products for global markets, specifically having set strategy and
roadmaps to make products work for customers in countries around the world.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) is a plus.
