Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager to join our team and play a crucial
role in ensuring the successful delivery of our software products. The ideal candidate will serve as a
communication bridge between the delivery team and the business stakeholders, ensuring that
products are consistent delivered within reasonable timelines while maintaining high quality. This
role involves overseeing the software development process to ensure it aligns with established
standards and best practices. The IT Delivery Manager will also proactively identify potential issues
or challenges and take appropriate measures to address them in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the delivery team and business
stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of project status, updates,
and challenges.
Facilitate regular meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and review
sessions, to maintain alignment and transparency across teams.
Monitor project progress and milestones, identifying potential delays or risks, and
taking proactive steps to mitigate them.
Collaborate with testing and QA teams to establish testing criteria, review test plans,
and ensure thorough testing of software components.
Ensure that the software development process aligns with established industry
standards, best practices, and our internal software development life cycle.

Collaborate with technical leads and architects to define and maintain coding
standards, design principles, and development guidelines.
5. Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and
recommend relevant improvements to the software development life cycle.

● Experience with a responsive design for desktop/mobile with RTL support, Photoshop, Adobe XD

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical
concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
● Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and
effective teamwork.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk management and
issue resolution.
Competencies:
Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies, including Agile and
Scrum.
Experience in building products for global markets, specifically having set strategy and
roadmaps to make products work for customers in countries around the world.
