    lnterest Usance perlod interest to be paid by appllcant @ I-IBOR rate and must be mentioned in the UC.

    Remarks UC must be bear the following clauses:
    a) Acceptance in advance before fabric delivery.
    b) Maturity/Payment date to be counted from the date of Truck ReceipuDalivery Challan wh ch must be menttoned in the UC.
    c) For issuance of BTMA certiflcate, garments quantity must be mentioned ln the LC.
    d) Master UC number and date must be mentioned in the UC.
    e) Certificate of origin issued by beneficiary is also acceptable.
    f) LC applicant should paythe penal interest @9% per annum for overdue period.
    9) AII bank charges outside beneficiary's bank counter are to be borne bythe opener.
    h) Substitute Cash Assistance/incentive against ultimate export under related master UC (if any) will be claimed by the beneflclary,
    [.4ahmud Denims Ltd. UC open]ng bank will provide us the full set of export documents: i) Copy of Export L/C, ii) Copy of B ll of Lading,
    iii) Copy of Commercial lnvoice, iv) Freight Certificate, v) Back-to-Back Certificate, vi) Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC).
    i) BTN/A and production Certificate will be provided after acceptance of full document.
    j) [,4aster Export UC no. Date, item total ordered quantity under UC should be clearly mentioned in Bank to Bank UC.
    k) UD copy must be provided to the beneficiary before 7 days of shipment date
