    Dear Chevening Scholarship Committee,


    It is a pleasure to recommend Mr. Irwan Kadir as a candidate for the Chevening
    Scholarship for the Academic Year 2025-2026. I have known and observed his capabilities
    since 2022 to the present as a subordinate of the Functional Officer working at the Customs
    and Excise office in Bekasi. This letter is to confirm my experience and observation with Mr.
    Irwan Kadir’s oustanding constributions and performances.
    Regarding leadership abilities, he always provides motivation to younger employees
    to be active and take roles in the work team he leads. He approaches the younger
    generation of employees by positioning himself as an older brother figure, which fosters
    emotional closeness and builds trust that positively impacts the achievements of the team he
    leads. Influencing the work environment positively is not only done through words but is also
    manifested by setting a direct example through real actions, thus becoming an inspiration for
    those around him in carrying out and completing their work.
    Another strength possessed by the candidate is exceptional communication skills. He
    is able to convey intentions and objectives with a style of language that is appropriate for the
    intended audience. Candidate consistently displayed a strong ability to work effectively and
    effectively in public-private partnership bridging the gap between the government regulations
    and corporate objectives. His expertise in assisting companies to navigate customs
    regulations while supporting their compliances has been instrumental to ensuring positive
    relationship between the stakeholders and the institutions.
    Based on what I have observed, I consider him as a responsible and a hard-working
    person. He has strong motivation for quality in his works and assignments. The candidate is
    a person that very eager and motivated to pursue further education. His strong will to
    achieve a master degree at an international university is a demonstration of himself to be an
    ever-learning individual that the He may be able to contribute better to this country in general
    and Indonesian Customs authority in particular.
    Judging from his satifactory working performance and excellent academic remarks, I
    found that He has fulfilled the conditions prescribed to meet your favor. I have no doubt that
    He will be extremely successful with any selected academic programme.
    I strongly recommend him for his admission to the master degree in selected
    university. I believe that he qualifies and able to study in selected UK university diligently.
