Mighty Seal Biocide

A one-part, fungicidal silicone rubber sealant, designed to seal non-porous surfaces where
conditions of high humidity and extreme temperatures exist. It is designed to have high resistance to
molds an6d mildew.

Surface Preparation
Thoroughly clean and dry surface from oil, dirt and grease.
Method:
1. Cut nozzle to desired size.
2. Insert cartridge into caulking gun.
3. Push sealant ahead for uniform bead. Tool with 5 minutes.
4. Clean of excess sealant with solvent.

Available in:
300ml cartridge

Storage
Store in a cool dry area and away from direct sunlight. Keep containers securely sealed. Store away from
food and incompatible materials. The storage stability will at least 12 months from date of manufacture.

Pipe Jointing Epoxy Putty

Two-component, modified epoxy compound especially formulated for jointing and sealing joints of
almost all types of pipes. It is non-sagging up to four centimeters wide and exhibits high resistance to
water and most common chemicals. Suitable for pipe joints made of cast iron, concrete, clay, asbestos,
and rigid PVC.

Application
• For bonding and coupling of PVC to PVC for both pressure and non-pressure applications for
pipes and fittings.

Surface Preparation
Contaminants must be removed from areas to be joined. Clean and remove burrs by sanding,
sandblasting or brushing for stronger bonds. Surfaces must be cleaned
and ready for application before the adhesive is opened.
Method:
1. Cut pipes evenly.
2. Measure the fitting insertion depth and mark it on the pipe end.
3. Apply a thin even coat of solvent cement to the pipe immediately by means of a paint brush.
4. Push the pipe into the opening with a twisting motion to ensure adhesive is spread all over contacting
surfaces.
5. Hold firmly for a few seconds and remove excess solvent cement.

Storage
Dry place at ambient temperature.

Shelf Life
6 months from manufacturing date in an unopened container kept at a dry place at ambient

LEAK REPAIR SOLUTION

ElastoKwik

ElastoKwik is a single component, ready-to-use elastomeric rubber sealant formulated for weather-
proofing and sealing of most construction joints. It fully cures within 5-7 days to a tough, full bodies,
elastic, and waterproof seal. It is ideal for ducting and ventilation works.

Available in:
4L, 1L, 1/2L, 1/4L cans, and 185mL (pisil) and 65mL (pisillito) pouches.

Mighty Seal Neutral

An easy-to-use, low odor, one-part sealant suitable for use in most common building materials like
glass, ceramic steel, aluminum, brick, concrete, and plastic. It is non-corrosive and can be used as a
general purpose sealant with long-term weather ability.

Mighty Seal Acetic

An easy-to-use, low odor, one-part sealant suitable for use on ceramic tile areas in bathroom and
kitchens. It can be used for general glazing work, can be used in both interior and exterior applications,
as well as forms a waterproof seal.

Water-Tite Powerflex

FLEXIBLE single component cementitious fiber-reinforced waterproofing membrane capable of

resisting hydrostatic pressure when mixed with Portland cement.

Surface Preparation
• Surfaces to be treated must be free from dust, oil, grease, paint, and other foreign matter.
• Remove existing coatings, smooth surfaces or laitance by acid etching, water blasting or sand
blasting.
• Structural defects such as cracks, faulty construction joints and honeycombing should by routed
out to sound concrete and repaired with Pioneer Pro Concrete Epoxy.
• Saturate route area and leave damp for application of Pioneer Pro Water-Tite Powerex.
• Brush on one coat Powerex Primer (1 part Powerex: 2 parts water) to the substrate to ensure all
pores are sealed off.

Tile Adhesives
 A single component, heavy duty tiling adhesive mortar, combined with cement and select grades of
sand and several admixtures. It is suitable for both horizontal and vertical applications.

Surface Preparation
• Substrate surface must be clean, sound, level and uncontaminated by oil or grease.
• Remove cement laitance, formwork traces and loosely adhering particles by sand blasting or
high pressure water jetting.
• Absorbent substrates must be pre-wetted to saturate surface dry (SSD) conditions.
Mixing
Use only non-absorbent materials as plastic pail or galvanized iron as mixing containers.
1. Use 25 Kg of Pioneer Pro Cement Tile Adhesive to 6.5 L of water.
2. Pour water and add Pioneer Pro Cement Tile Adhesive powder.
3. Mix well with a hand trowel until a smooth, soft mortar consistency is achieved. Slow speed drill mixer
large volume mixing.

Method:
1. Dampen surface before application.
2. 2. Apply Pioneer Pro Cement Tile Adhesive with a "V" notched trowel for small tiles while a
square notched trowel for bigger tiles.
