Job Objectives
The Call Center Operator role is open to both VHI HND and degree students, providing hands-on experience in customer service
and communication within a professional call center environment. This 24/7 position operates on a rotating schedule with
three different shifts, allowing students to develop skills in effective communication, problem-solving, and customer
engagement. Through this role, students will gain essential experience that prepares them for success in customer-focused
careers and equips them with valuable skills for a competitive job market.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate information and assistance to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Document call details and update customer records in the system accurately.
Meet performance targets for response time, call resolution, and quality.
Skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, patience, and proficiency in call center software and data
entry.
