Position: Call Center Operator


Location: CAMPUS DOUALA
Reports to: HEAD OF V.H.I

Job Objectives

The Call Center Operator role is open to both VHI HND and degree students, providing hands-on experience in customer service
and communication within a professional call center environment. This 24/7 position operates on a rotating schedule with
three different shifts, allowing students to develop skills in effective communication, problem-solving, and customer
engagement. Through this role, students will gain essential experience that prepares them for success in customer-focused
careers and equips them with valuable skills for a competitive job market.

Responsibilities

 Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate information and assistance to customers.
 Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.
 Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
 Document call details and update customer records in the system accurately.
 Meet performance targets for response time, call resolution, and quality.

Skills

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, patience, and proficiency in call center software and data
entry.
