    CLINICAL HISTORY:
    Followup pelvic MRI, question of small intramuscular tear in abductor
    magnus vs myxoid neoplasm

    TECHNIQUE:
    Multi-planar MR images were obtained of the left hip before and after
    the uneventful intravenous administration of 18 mL of Dotarem.

    COMPARISON:
    Comparison is made with the previous study of the pelvis dated
    04/24/2023.

    FINDINGS:
    The muscle strain of the left adductor magnus has resolved almost
    completely in the interval since the previous exam indicating the
    diagnosis was in fact a benign muscle strain. There is no abnormal
    gadolinium enhancement.

    There are no signs of avascular necrosis. No fluid collections are


    identified. There are no masses seen. The bone marrow fat signal
    activity is within normal limits. The surrounding soft tissues are
    within normal limits. The articular cartilage is within normal limits.
    The labrum is intact. There are no signs of bursitis or muscular strain.

    IMPRESSION:
    The muscle strain of the left adductor magnus has resolved almost
    completely in the interval since the previous exam indicating the
    diagnosis was in fact a benign muscle strain. There is no abnormal
    gadolinium enhancement. No other abnormalities identified.
