PARTICIPANTS IN THE REGIONAL-BASED TRAINING FOR MULTIGRADE

INSTRUCTION FOR SCHOOL HEADS AND TEACHERS IN THE LAST MILE SCHOOLS

1. Relative to the Regional Memorandum No.357 s. 2024 re: Regional-Based Training

for Multigrade Instruction for School Heads and Teachers in the Last Mile
Schools on July 22-26, 2024 for teachers and September 9-13, 2024 for school
heads at Dipolog City , this office announces the participants to this training. The lists of
participants are in Annex A ( for teachers ) and Annex B (for School Heads).

2. This training workshop aims to equip school heads and teachers with the knowledge
and skills essential to multigrade instructions specifically on the development and
utilization of various Multigrade teaching and learning, implementation of blended learning
modalities, teaching reading in early grades, adoption of appropriate teaching strategies
and techniques, classroom management, assessment and monitoring and evaluation.

3. Travelling expenses of the identified participants are chargeable against the Multigrade
2024 Program Support Funds to be downloaded to SDO while board and lodging will be
charged against the 2024 Regional Multigrade Program Support Funds subject to the usual
accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

4. The First Meal to be served is the dinner of Day 0 while the last meal is the PM snacks of
the last day.

5. This Memorandum shall serve as the Travel Authority of the identified participants.

6. Teaching and non-teaching personnel attending the said training shall be granted
service credits if the activity falls on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday according to the
guidelines specified in DepEd Order No. 53,s.2003 per CSC-DBM Joint Circular No.2,
s. 2024

7. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
