Domain Name Trader

Role Brief
We are looking for an ambitious and analytical Domain Names Trader to join our team. In this
role, you will manage a portfolio of domain names, buying and selling them with the goal of
maximising returns. Much like stock traders, you will analyse market conditions, identify trends,
and execute trades in real-time. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in a niche
market while working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Requirements
● Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to track market movements and identify
profitable opportunities.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions under pressure.
● Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess the value of domain names based on
market trends and business potential.
● Proficiency in data analysis tools and basic knowledge of domain trading platforms.
● Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
● Knowledge of the domain name industry is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
● Monitor the domain name market to identify buying and selling opportunities, tracking
trends and fluctuations in demand.
● Analyze domain name portfolios and assess their potential for growth or acquisition.
● Buy and sell domain names to achieve optimal returns, executing trades efficiently in
response to market changes.
● Research emerging market trends, new industries, and business developments to forecast
domain name needs.
● Work closely with the research and marketing teams to align trading strategies with
broader business goals.
● Manage and update a portfolio of domain names, ensuring strategic growth and risk
management.

Must Haves:
● Experience with the front-end basics: HTML5, CSS3, and JS
● Experience using a version control system
● Experience with the coding languages: Java, C, C++, C#
● Experience with relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies
● Knowledge of SDLC (Agile) and Computer Networks
● Familiarity with Back-end framework like Springboot
Great candidates also have:

● Develop Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams using UML for designing
High-level applications.
● Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
● Contribute to automated build & deploy systems.
● Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation based on

Requirements
