    Responsibilities:

    platform.
    ● Lead and mentor the team as it expands.
    ● Create and refine a company's framework for building trustworthy AI applications.
    ● Develop tailored enterprise applications based on the framework to meet client
    needs and guide platform development.
    ● Support deployed applications through monitoring, debugging, and
    troubleshooting where platform functionality is involved.
    ● Work collaboratively across teams, including consultants, engineers, and product
    managers, to bridge gaps and deliver products.
    ● Continuously improve the codebase and enhance engineering processes.
    ● Play a key role in recruiting and nurturing team members, aligning them with a

    Qualifications:

    ● 10+ years of industry experience.


    ● Demonstrated success in similar roles.
    ● Strong full-stack programming skills.
    ● Ability to reason about software design from first principles.
    ● Data-driven and pragmatic decision-making approach.

    ● Comfortable with the fast pace, high impact, and minimal bureaucracy typical of
