Demolish & remove the following:

1) All existing conc. columns and footings
to give way for new RC columns/ Piers.
2) All TRAPAL Roofing sheets.
3) All existing Arched Steel Roof framings
and accessories.
4) Hauling of all demolished materials and
debris to company assigned dumping
area is included under this scope.
CONCRETE & MASONRYWORKS

1) Construction of new Reinforced Concrete
Footings, columns and tie beams for
Truck Loading Shed.
2) Repair /Reinforced existg. Conc. Piers
at Loading Bay Area.
3. All other items to complete the works
Fabricate/ Install new Steel roof framings complete w/ Trusses, roof
beams, struts, sag rods, x-bracings and cleats.
Roofing & Tinsmithry: Install Rib type colored roofing sheets and
accessories like ridge rolls, flashings, gutters, and downspouts
Painting Works 2 coats metal Primer Silver Aluminum Final Coat
Electrical Works, re-wiring and replacement of fixtures as per standard

CONCRETE & MASONRY WORKS

1) All concrete piers has visible cracks and
spalling due to concrete deterioration
therefore, these shall be rectified/ fixed by
using Sika Concrete Repair Method.
Concrete bonding compound Shall be used
to attain maximum Adhesion between old
and new concrete mix.
2) Some of existing columns shall be
reinforced to support the new roof of
Building C. (see roof layout)
3) Provide gravel topping along the Eaves Line
as rainwater absorption bed.
TINSMITHRY WORKS
1. Install side and End Flashings to steel
supports in order to protect the structure
from periodic downpours.
PAINTING WORKS:
a. Remove all rust and application of Rust Converter.
b. Apply 2 coats of Epoxy Metal Primer.
c. Apply 2 coats of alum. paint as final coat.
d. For the Roof exterior surface, apply 2 coats
of Roof Paint.
3 PLANT BLDG. D: CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BLDG. D (Area = 297.50 sqm) lot 1.00 - -
DEMOLITION WORKS: Dismantle/ Demolish Trapal Roof sheets;
Demolish all existing Steel Roof Framings, columns & concrete piers.
Hauling of Demolished items and debris to assigned Dumpsite is included
in this Contract.
CONCRETE & MASONRY WORKS
1) Construct new footings and columns
2) Provide Gravel Matting to absorb rainwater.

Work Duration
Warranty : Eight (8) Calendar Months
Terms of Payment : One (1) year Defects Liability Period from issuance of Certificate of Completion (COC)
Mobilization : 20% DP, Balance Progress Billing subject to 10% Retention
VAT Inclusive : 1 week after issuance of Donwpayment
Contract shall be Fixed Lump Sum, no variation will be entertained unless there's a change in scope, or written instruction from the owner
Specify Material Specification Consideration for each Pay Item
Above unit rates are inclusive of Contractor's Tax, Overhead, Profit, VAT, Permit Fees, Government Fees and Miscellaneous Items to Complete the Works
