I would like to start of by thanking you for your time and effort. I recently discoved that patent no.
title: Pesticide Strip, Kit,Method of Use" was abandoned. I contacted the USPTO office and asked if
theres anything i can do, they said to contact the lawyer to file a response.

Please take into consideration that ive been having so much problems that it may be hard to believe. Ive
been having problems with my emails. google keeps on locking me out of my account for 120 hours then
it doesnt give me the option to recover my password. I got an email stating that the Foley and Lardner
LLP office has moved locations. I wrote Karkhanis, Aashish R. a letter and sent it thru the post office. I
didnt get a response. When i attempted to write him again i realized that the address he gave me was
wrong. The zip code had an extra digit in it. Attached are the email i recieved from Karkhanis, with the
wrong address. I highlighted the address. I contacted him by email on may 3,2024. I tried to call him and
left messages.

I was waiting for the patent to be finalized before I started to really bring my product to market. Its hard
for inventors to compete against big buisnesses. Inventors dont usually stand a chance when they bring a
great new product to market. The big company will just blow the small inventor out of the water. Thats
why i wanted to wait until my patent was finalized before i really started to bring my product to market. I
had a 20 year buisness plan that i planned to follow. I had several products that i planned to bring to
market which would cost very little to start up with a big profit. I could have easily make 22 million
dallars just on sales alone with amazon and ebay within a ten year period. Alot of high ranking people
under estimated me. There was no way a girl like me would succeed. Once my patent became published
online, people started paying attention to what i was capable of and they did everything to make sure i
loose my reputation and went to the extreme to make sure i didnt succeed.

the successor trustee of the rivas family trust were julie maglica and Rosario Oliva when i came up with
the idea of applying more than one ingredient on one strip that targets more than one pest insect etc. all
on one strip. Julie Maglica is married to the inventors son Anthony Maglica who invented the Mag light
and started the buisness Mag lights here in Ontario Ca. the city were i grew up in. i started to look him
up and i wanted to file for a patent like he did. I moved in with Fernando Rivas. He is the beneficuary in
the rivas family trust who inherited the house were i came up with all my ideas. One of his sisters, the
trustee ofa trust, illegally and fraudently transferred fernandos house into their own name for rtherir
own benefit. They tried to evict fernando and i. Fernando and i hired a lawyer for the unlawful detainer
case. case no. Fernando took his two sisters to probate courrt. The validity of the rivas family trust is a
valid trust. A judge removed rosario and julie as trustees and appointed fernando rivas successor trustee
of the rivas family trust. Fernando is who signed the contracts that protects my invention. we had several
agreements. He even wrote i understand on all the contracts. i noticed that fernando started making alot
of money and wasnt keep up to the contracts that he agreed to. Not realizing the power that the Rivas
and the maglicas family has in san bernardino county i under estimated the extreme measures that they
went to. They know alot of people in congress. I thought that inventors were supoosed to be important
to the United states because they invent and bring new technology that hasnt been discovered yet to the
united states. the founding fathers even put it in article 1 section 8 clause 8 of the us constituin.
everyone in office took an oath to uphold and defend the constition. im a us citizen. and i think im
consider an inventor. i thought that reguardless the pull that the maglicas and the rivas have in san
bernardino county with the courts, judges, and the contracts that they have with the police department
that theres no possible way they would beable to get away with they did to me. im a us citizens. they are
not even citizens and didnt follow the law with makeing sure their residence card was legally up to date.

Everyone that came over i made it clear that theres intellectual property that is supposed to be
protected. no one is allowed to record, video tape, or take any notes out of this house. It was agreed
that fernando would tell me in writing if he were to work with anyone. and to prevent any conflict he
would leave his work at his work so it wouldnt cause any confusion to my new inventions i was working
on. Je started to bring his co workers to the house. i informed several of them that fernando signed a
contract to not bring any work here to the house. this is were i started my small buisness and is where i
have all my trade secrets notes etc. they didnt take me serious. He started to work for a guynamed josh
hacker. one of his buisness is at addres in ranch cucamonga. he had a contract with tvt school in
orange county address at . its one of the top jewish schools in california. I found a work id that
fernando was a vendor there at the school when he lied to me and said he was a janitor. i worked for
josh hcker one time working at the tvt school cleaning. i didnt like the fact that he didnt do a background
check on the employess that were working at the school. he even hired a regestered sex offender. He
only wanted to pay me thru cash app and didnt want to give me a 1099. i called him one time and asked
him how come fernando has an ID saying that he was avendor at the school. i was curioud at what he
would be selling. i told josh hacker that i have a patent pending application filed thru the uspto office
and its important that he is aware that fernando signed contracts and i want to prevent any conflict. Josh
Hacker laughed at me and told me he was a litagation strate=ist at Foley and Lardner and that there is no
way that i would have a patent application filed thru the uspto and laughed at the fact one of the
contacts was written in permanent marker. i had the contract in permanint marker beccause theres this
pen that earses afetr a couple pf hours and i wanted to make sure that my contracts didnt earse. Alot of
people started working for him who are well off financially but pretended to act broke when they came
over here as if they were playing me like im dumb. Josh hacker has several commerical offices that he
runs called links.

Fernando started to change when i noticed he was starting to make money. he moved in two girls who i
never even met before. their names were trina merie bryant campbell and amandabenbow bryant.
when ilooked them up there was no record of them even living in the area. they were able to file two
restraing orders against me. i wasnt allowed to go home to where i lived at for over 5 years and get my
stuff. fernando filed a doenestic violance case against me. i accidently crashed into one of the
roommated car that was parked in the drive way. i had full coverage car insurance. i even have renters
insurance. around that time i was a in home health care providor and was in the union for . i got
arrested for felony vandalism. fernando wrote a statement admitting he lied and i didnt vandalise
anything on his property. and admitted he lied about the domestic violance case. when i tried to rent an
apartment thats when i discovered i has an agesive unlawful detainer against me from when his sister
was trustee. his sister was the one who broke the law and stole a property and illegally tried to ecivt me
in 2018. taht looks terrible on your record. they ruined my reputation no one wants to deal withme or
even rent to me. how is it that im the one who is suffering from their wrong doing. his sister julie and
rosario broke the law. being a successor trustee of a family is abig responsiblity. julie maglica and rosario
oliva didnt do their fidituary duty. they were supposed to show accounting from the time they were
trustees but never showed the court becasue of an agreement that was done in private. The maglicas
own their own island in croatia, and is worth over 240 million dollars, but yet they had to make sure that
my reputation is ruined by having an unlawful detainer on my record. they are not even us citizens. just
beccause they have pull with the courts and judges they are above the law. They even lie on their taxes.
when u have a trust and get a tax break on pying your houses taxes every year the sussesor trustee of
the trust is supposed to file a state and federal tax return every year for the family trust just like how you
would file every year if you have any income. and they have the adhsity to make me look like a crimminal
when their worst.

I know its hard to understand me. but im not lying when alot of people conspired to intentionally made
me look like im crazy down graded.
