Yes, of course. I often listen to music in my free time, which will both helps me relax and feel
more energetic when listening to melodies.

I would say that I enjoy listening to a variety of music genres, but when I am alone I prefer to listen to
mellow and relaxing music. This is because when I am alone, I like to create a calming and peaceful
atmosphere around me.

- Has the music that you listen to changed since you were young?

I can see no drastic change in my taste of music, basically just the same genres. Some songs that I
listened to when I was in secondry school are still on my favourite playlist now

- Do you think older and younger generations prefer different types of music?

Yes, of course. young people want rapid and forceful rhythms because they want to savor the
excellent beat, lyrics, and harmony. Young people, for example, seem to prefer rock, hip hop,
and dance music, whilst older people prefer traditional and folk music.

- Do you think neighbors are important?

Yes, I like my neighbours because my neighbours are very friendly. They help me in
every situation. Moreover, they take care of my home in my absence.

- What do you usually do on your birthday?

My birthday is always a red-letter day to me. I’ll invite my friends and dear people
to come and share with me this sacred moment.

- What did you do on your birthday when you were young?

What I miss most is eating birthday cake with my family and friends.Although I have never been a cake
lover, I always think it is important to have a beautiful birthday cake on one's birthday.

- Do you think it is important for you to celebrate your birthday?

Ya sure, I think it’s important. It marks the beginning of a new year or even a new stage in my life and
offers a great chance for me to reflect on what I’ve achieved so far and what I’m planning to accomplish
in the near future.

Absolutely yes. Nowadays, I often use Facebook, Instagram or other types of social networks to keep in
touch with friends or to keep up with the world.

- Do you think your friends use too much social media?

I think social media is an important part of our lives, but it's easy to get carried
away and spend too much time scrolling through our feeds. Personally, I try to limit
my time on social media as much as possible.

Well, when it comes to the most well-known application/ online platform, Facebook would ranks first
without a doubt because it provides a lot of information, which is suitable for people of all ages.

Yes, I do like weekends. It's a great opportunity to unwind and relax after a busy
week.

- What do you usually do on weekends?

On weekends, I usually take the opportunity to relax and unwind. I enjoy spending
time with my friends and family, whether it's going out for a meal, watching a movie
together, or simply having quality conversations.

- Do you make plans for your weekends?

Yes, I study on weekends. As a student, weekends provide me with valuable time to

catch up on my studies, review course materials, and complete assignments.

PART 2

1. Describe a festival or national holiday in your country.

Okay, so now I would like to talk about the Tet holiday in Vietnam.
Body:
It is a very important holiday for all Vietnamese people. It often takes place from the end of
January till the end of February. People use the Lunar Calendar to count the dates. It is also
spring time. So the weather is very suitable for this festival.
It takes place to welcome the New Lunar Year. Another reason is because people have worked
hard for the whole year and they need a break. Moreover, we also need to spend time with our
family and Tet holiday is a good occasion.
Before the festival, people should do a complete spring cleaning. During the festival, they will
visit their friend’s and relatives’ houses, enjoy some special food, play cards and exchange
lucky money. In addition, they will also visit pagodas and pray for a good year of work.
First, I can get together with my family and friends after a year of hard work and study. Second,
I’m happy to get dressed up in nice clothes and take a walk in public places. Third, I can visit

2. Describe a friend from childhood who you remember very well.

The great thing about friendship is that it can improve and change one's life. Throughout my
life, especially when I was younger, I was also fortunate to have a wonderful network of
friends. I can think of many people who are close to me like that, but Tam immediately comes
to mind.

For most of my childhood, he was my best friend. We first met when I was six years old. On
the first day of school, I met him. He approached me while I was walking around aimlessly.
When we finally started talking, we discovered that we had a lot in common. They clicked
immediately and became friends for the next ten years until we went to different schools.

Our shared values and passions were perfect. We have many common interests, such as
collecting playing video games, watching anime, and reading books. We used to do almost

tastes in food and clothing. We have such a close relationship that I often consider him more

best of my knowledge, I started using Facebook while I was a student in the eighth grade, and
opening an account there was a popular idea among teens at the time.

communication that it links individuals from all corners of the globe. I can easily stay in touch
with my family and friends and even get in touch with some of my long-lost ones thanks to
Facebook.

Additionally, since news is so pervasive on Facebook, it’s an excellent way to keep up with
world events. Facebook also functions as a virtual forum where users can easily and openly
express their ideas on a range of subjects.

I adore Facebook’s tremendous educational value, which is perhaps its greatest strength.
Facebook has a wealth of information that, for instance, can be accessed on forums or self-
study groups. This gives students like me access to a variety of materials that we may use for
both our academic work and overall development.

Overall, I truly enjoy browsing Facebook, and I’d be miserable without it.
