SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ARTURO I, DAVIS, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of 406


Diamond St., San Juan Subdivision, Panacan, Davao City, Davao del
sur, Philippines do hereby name, constitute and appoint, CRISTINA
PANTOJA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Davao City,
Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my
name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and
deeds, to wit;

1. My attorney-in-Fact shall have full power and authority to


represent me and act on my behalf in all matters with the LOCAL
CIVIL REGISTRY/CITY CIVIL REGISTER and other related
government agencies for the Nullity of Marriage or appropriate
annotation for nullity of the marriage contract;

2. To pay, sign, execute, claim documents in the above-said


government agencies;

3. To do whatever act or thing requisite or necessary to


carry into effect the purpose herein set forth;

4. To do all other acts necessary for the attainment of the


purpose(s) for which I have issued this Special Power of
Attorney;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said attorney-in-


fact, full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and
thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could
have lawfully do if personally present and acting in person and HEREBY
RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
