    Movie: Director: Upendra Music Director: Hari Krishna Producers: Rock Line Venkatesh Cast and Crew: Upendra, Nayantara, Sadhu Kokila, Ali.. Etc. After 10 Yrs Upendra is making a movie. Needless to tell, expectations are high. Why he took such a long time, no one knows other than himself. As usual he created the curiosity from the beginning by naming a film in symbol. In the whole world he is first to use symbols as film name. What an Idea sirji However first look is as usual no clue about the story. No clue about anything inside the movie. As a director he has done a wonderful job in past time. His Om is one of the finest creatures of Upendra. Then A and finally Upendra directed a movie Upendra and that was his last movie as a director officially [Un-officially he directed H2O, Rakta Kanneeru]. Upendra has created so much of controversy and then he stopped directing and he started acting. He got some big hits and thats how Upendra has grown up to so much height from a paper boy to the star level. We missed Upendra as director a lot. Because of his unique style of movie making. I was really excited to see it and I saw it. StorySubhashChandra Gandhi [Upendra]wait .surprised??? yes thats called Upendra. His name in this movie is SubhashChandra Gandhi. He is a Managing Director of Gandhi and Gandhi company. His love towards India and Indian culture is his weak point. He will marry a girl who is a Indian Sati savitri kind of Full neck, full sleeves top and Ikal saree. Except her face, even an inch of her body is covered. With no second thought in mind Gandhi marry her. Then comes the twist, when Gandhi know that she doesnt wear sarees any more and now for a change she only covers an inch of her body. And he will be in shock when he comes to know that she married him to kill him. From then its completely confusion, suspense, comedy, horror, politics, action and what not. 3.5 Thumbs Up...... Story is amazing. Songs are superb. I love the way he shot Sikkapatte Ishta patte song. Nayantara is also good choice. Everyone in the auditorium likes, when he shows foreigners are begging in India, they are the servants and drivers. Not only that, value of a rupee is 80 dollars. Oh my god!!!!! So much of imagination as a director. He not only concentrated for entertainment he has strong message to each one of us. If I someone has to see what is different in movie making means, they has to see this movie and learn from it. For example in the title card Producer has become Fraud user and intermission become interference. These are just examples. Lots of things are different and fresh.

    1.5 Thumb Down.... For thumbs down part first I have to blame Rockline [Producer of this movie]. Definitely he has not given time to Upendra to make it as he wanted. Yes its in Upendra style but you can see lot of loop holes in editing. Every scene is shot with urgency. And you can feel that difference of ten years in direction. Comedy track is pathetic useless and irritating. Again lots of scenes are no answers and which were not relevant to the story. Awkward Camera movements and louder dialogues sometimes irritate you.

    Final Verdict. Hats off to Upendra. I proudly say he is our Kannada Upendra. No one in the world has so much of creativity and madness about the movie making. Totally unconventional type of storytelling capability with all the mass audience ingredients. From the title card to end its absolutely creative, mind blowing. Its amazing. Its fantastic. Frist 10 minutes of the film will take your money out its worth of whatever you paid. So much of imagination, intensity, speed I have never seen in any others movie. Upendra knows exactly what audience needs and the best part in this movie is, with all those gimiks & tricks he successfully conveyed a message for all of us. However, girls, women may not like these kinds of cinema. And if you do not like the way Upendra tell the story with unconventional style, do not waste your time. Its perfect Uppi style mass movie.
