3.The Respondent is the wife of petitioner Mrs. Keerthana, D/o.
Late Mr Saravanan, hindu aged about 20 residing at
Varattanapalli Village, Bargur Taluk,Krishnagiri Dist.
5. The Petitioner State that, When the respondent was living in the
matrimonial house, After the marriage, the respondent and the
petitioner did not have physical relations because the respondent
refrained from such intercourse and the petitioner did not care at
that time and three days after the marriage, The petitioner's
mother who was present and the petitioner's sister and the
petitioner's uncle who were living near the petitioner's house
were made a condition by the respondent that if you are here I
will not live with the petitioner. Hearing this, the petitioner's
mother was very shocked and the petitioner's mother, who was

with the petitioner for the welfare of the petitioner, and the
petitioner's sister and her husband, who lived nearby, moved to
another place considering the life of the petitioner. It was only
after that the petitioner came to know that if the Respondent
sent the petitioner's mother and sister away from the house of

continue with many persons even after marriage.
5. The Petitioner State that, When asked about this from the
Respondent, no response was received from the counter
respondent side after this That the Petitioner and his wife not
living together happily at the matrimonial house. It was found that
the respondent was so many Illegal connection and whats app
chats, keep in Respondent Ex Boy Friend pic along with
respondent on her Phone and not mentally prepared for married
life Also the respondent deny to have intercourse with petitioner.
we hereby wish to inform the court that the respondent marred

the petitioner under compulsion. and Petitioner found that the, On
the basis of the evidence in the mobile phone of the respondent,
it was established by the petitioner that the petitioner had been in
love with a person before and after the marriage and was in
contact with several other persons including that person. mother
of the respondent consented to this marriage only in the name of
compulsion.
6. The Petitioner State that, The respondent has been in the habit
of keeping in illegal Connection with Many persons from the
mobile phone contacting of the respondent without the
knowledge of the petitioner. When the petitioner found out about
this and asked the respondent, the respondent not given proper
response and not only said that I will do this, but also got angry
with the petitioner and threatened me that if you ask me why,
He is threatening me to commit suicide by complaining against
you as the cause of my death
7. The Petitioner State that, The petitioner found that since the
petitioner works abroad, the petitioner stays abroad for four
months and stays in the matrimonial house for two months only,
and the respondent has taken advantage of this and is in the
habit of keeping in illegal touch with many persons.
8.The Petitioner State that, When the petitioner hears that the
respondent is in illegal contact with many people, the respondent
pretends to commit suicide and uses a knife to cut off she hand
and locks the petitioner in the matrimonial house without letting

him out. The petitioner is very scared The petitioner informed his
mother and sister and sister husband that i was under house
arrest and immediately they rushed there and rescued the
imprisoned petitioner.
10. The Petitioner State that, In this matter, the petitioner said
that he did not want to live with respondent. And this is a
continuation but the petitioner cannot bear it and the respondent
continues to have such illegal contacts. Also some jewelery given
to the respondent by the petitioner's mother and Rs.4 lakhs are in
the petitioner's house which the petitioner is ready to return.
12.The Petitioner State that, So I inform the court that what the
petitioner is saying here is that the respondent cannot live with

him and the respondent is continuously making such illegal
contacts and connections. I would like you to inform this
Honorable Court that if the respondent and the petitioner live
together in future the life of the petitioner will be disturbed and
the petitioner is a person of good standing in the society. We
hereby make it clear to this honorable court that the respondent
lived with the petitioner for only 2 ½ month.
13. The Petitioner State that, This clearly shows that the
Respondent is not interested to be as a good wife because
respondent was continuously making such illegal contacts and
connections. not mentally prepared for married life So the
petitioner is ready to dissolve the marriage.
14. The Petitioner State that, The petitioner pays a court fee Rs.
50 Under the Schedule II Article I of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees
and Suit Valuation Act.
b) Any other relief or reliefs which the court may deem proper
under the circumstances be also awarded to the petitioner.
