Providing and erecting temporary scaffolding around the building as required. The
scaffolding is to be secured properly in position by Bracings, Ties, Clamps etc. complete
including providing and erecting working platform at all heights as required, using
materials like solid wooden planks etc. these shall be secured in position. Payment will be
made based on the perimeter of the building multiplied by height of the scaffolding from
ground. Rate to include removal after completion of work.Wooden bamboo scaffolding
as per specifications with safety net(hessain cloth)
Providing and fixing in position thick, dense Green Net cloth at various levels, so as to
prevent debris falling down for the safety of workers and to prevent damage to the property
& prople.
Providing & erecting working platform at any height at required level to work on & for
debris collection props @ 2' c/c for suport so as to make it safe & removing after
completion of work etc. complete.
Carefully removing existing damaged loose and disintegrated concrete of RCC columns,
beams, slabs, parapets, drop pardis, chajja soffits etc. At any thickness and carting away
debris from site to all leads and complete as directed by the consultant etc. complete.

Rake the joint between the RCC members and brickwork / block work in a proper V groove
and remove all the loose mortar. • Fill the joint properly with 1:2 C: M, containing ICWPA
@ 4.0% of the cement content. This mortar should be pressed firmly in the gap by manual
hand pressure. Embed metal no.1 & 2 properly in the mortar & then trowel the same firmly
and Scratch to receive the plaster. • Cure this mortar properly. 4 LEVELING COAT (DASH
COAT) OFPLASTER • Wherever instructed by the consultant, provide a dash coat of
plaster, of up to 1.5” thickness in 1:3 C.M. with ICWPA, embedding small brick pieces in it
so as to bring the uneven surface in level.

Providing and fixing in position mild/tor steel reinforcement wherever required as per
drawings, details, site instructions, etc. The rate to include cutting, hooking cranking,
placing in position, and binding with 18 SWG wire., complete.
Removing loose concrete and providing and applying anti rust coating/bond coat (polymer
based) in specified proportions by brush on cleaned concrete surface to be followed by
PMM.
Option I :-
Providing and applying of polymer modified cement quartz sand mortar in ratio of 1:5:15
layer with hand using polymer latex admixture.
OR
Option II :-
Providing, mixing and applying Dr. Fixit or Fosroc, Repair Pro Polymer Mortar polymer
modified mortar (PMM) in layers by hand packing, on the bond coat, specified above, in
layers not exceeding 20mm thickness, as per technical specifications etc., complete
including curing along with Hessain cloth, ply protection, temporary platform and breaking
of plaster.

Break open the structural members to expose the reinforcement steel and dispose of the
debris arising from the same. • Clean the exposed reinforcement steel thoroughly by
removing rust / scaling by chiseling / tapping / wire brushing. • Provide & apply rust
converter to the exposed steel & allow to dry for 24 hours. • Provide & apply protective
coat of slurry of Polymer Emulsion: cement (1: 1½) to the reinforcement steel. • Provide
necessary formwork around the damaged structural members to maintain the 51 | P a g e
original size and plumb of the structural members. • Pour ready-mix micro concrete in the
formwork which is formed by mixing 12.5 % of water by weight of micro concrete till it
forms a flow able consistency. • Ensure that only sufficient quantity of micro concrete is
mixed which can be consumed in about 15 to 20minutes. • Cure the same for 3 days to
achieve the adequate properties
Removing loose & hollow plaster by tapping and marking the effected portion with chisel
and hammer on external and internal. Applying sand faced plaster at EXTERNAL &
INTERNAL surface of 20mm thick in 2 coats of cement mortar of mix (1:4) including
addition of approved admixtures and water proofing compound, 1st coat of 12mm thick
and 2nd coat of 8mm thick including forming roves drip moulds etc. and curing as per
Technical Specifications etc. complete as directed

Providing new steel beams to support damaged slabs. The cost includes all labour, bolts,
plates, welds, excavation, soling,PCC, RCC raft M25 concrete & finishing, etc.
Providing protective epoxy coating for corroded steel beams after scrapping off the
corroded layers to protect it from future deterioration.
Removing loose & hollow plaster by tapping and marking the effected portion with chisel
and hammer in Staircase area. Applying to internal surface, smooth cement plaster of mix
(1:4)thick including neeru finish and curing at all heights, Rate to include moldings,
grooves etc. as per Technical Specifications complete and as directed by the Consultant.

etc. complete as directed.
Providing and laying vitrified matt finish tiles having size 590mmto605mmxto605mm of
8to10mm thickness and confirming IS.15622-2006 (GroupBla) of approved make,shade
and pattern for dado and skirting in required position fixed in 1:4 cement mortar including
neat cement float,filling joints,curingand cleaningetc.complete.
