HOUSE RULES

WELCOME TO HOUSE UNION

We are happy to welcome you to House Union!


We ask that all guests respect these simple rules to be a good guest:

• Treat the accommodation as if it were your own.


• Respect the host’s house rules.

The internal regulations of House Union set forth the guidelines that guests must follow
during their stay.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, it is understood that guests accept our house rules and
the following conditions. Please note that House Union is not a hotel, and our goal is to
offer a personal touch to your stay and enjoyment.

Guests will come and go depending on the nature of their stay. Access to the main door is
provided by keys at the time of your lease agreement. Please make sure to securely lock the
main door when entering or leaving the premises, both for your safety and the safety of
other guests staying in the house. Please be mindful of noise, especially during sleeping
hours.

General Rules:

1. No Smoking and No Pets: Our home is a smoke-free and pet-free environment.


2. Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
3. Respectful Behavior: Be friendly and respectful to all staff and other guests.
4. Cleanliness: We strive to keep the space clean. Please use the available trash bins
around the property and clean up after yourself. Room cleaning is provided daily.
To help protect the environment, we encourage guests to keep their rooms tidy and
clean daily.
5. Energy Conservation: Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and any other
devices when leaving your room or when they are not in use.
6. Damage: Any damage caused by improper use of facilities will be charged to the
guest.
7. Personal Belongings: Do not take anything from the house that does not belong to
you. An inventory will be taken at check-in and check-out, and you will be charged
for any missing items.
8. Toilet Use: Do not flush wet wipes, feminine products, diapers, or any other items
down the toilet. If there is a problem, please call immediately. If maintenance
determines the toilet is clogged due to these items, the guest will be charged.
9. Liability: House Union is not responsible for your money or personal belongings.
Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during their
stay.
10. Utilities: House Union is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the
total or partial failure of services such as gas, electricity, water, phone lines, or
internet connection, especially when beyond our control.
11. Room Maintenance: Each guest is responsible for cleaning their room and any
spaces they occupy within the house.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:

• Bathroom Door: Please keep the bathroom door closed.


• Trash Pickup: The trash truck comes daily around 7:00 AM. Please dispose of
trash regularly to avoid flies or insect pests.
• Kitchen Use: Use designated areas for dishes, kitchen utensils, trash, etc.
• Workspaces: Keep any workspaces clean at all times.

Guests should be mindful of not making excessive noise, especially during sleeping hours.
Guests must respect and be considerate of other guests and the house.
Guests should treat the accommodation as if it were their own home and avoid leaving it in
such a state of dirtiness that would require special cleaning.

Pets: Guests should not bring pets into accommodations where the house rules specify that
pets are not allowed, nor bring more pets than are authorized.
