1.0 SUBJECT

The informations contained here in provides the Contractor with the


instructions to carry out the preparation and preliminary testings on the
"Axial compressor washing system" after assembly.
1. The group, in stainless steel, will be supplied on a wheel - movable skid,
clean and complete.
2. The connection to turbogas circuit will be made using flexible pipes.

2.0 GENERAL

2.1 Instruments used in testing


1. Dial gauge
2. Feeler gauge
3. Precision steel rule

2.2 Requirements and limitations to be respected.


1. The Contractor shall carry out all works, checks, inspections , etc., necessary
to prepare the system for commissioning operations.
2. The group motor/pump will be aligned and lubricated according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
3. The inspections on electrical parts and signaling will be carried out according
to the relevant documents.

3.0 CHECKS
It's assumed that , before beginning the following operations, the system be
completely mounted and empty.
The operations to carry out are as follows:
1. Hydrostatic test to external pipes of skid, positively performed.
2. Pump/motor aligned.
3. Anchor bolts tightened.
4. Free rotation of machine, connected.
5. Area and equipments cleaned.

6. Data plate verification..
7. Ground connections tested and tightened..
8. Verification as per schematic..

4.0 FINAL SETUP

The system will be consigned, for the commissioning operations, in this


conditions:
1. All control and signaling cables connected and tested.
2. All power cables connected and verified..
3. Electrical motor verified.
4. Power supply and auxiliary switch extracted or open.
5. Water tanks internally clean,

5.0 ANNEXES

The test form, to prove by documents, the preparation and performance of the
tests is the following:
