Digital Employee Experience (DEX) is a part of IT Infrastructure team and has an exciting and rewarding position for a System Engineer seeking a challenging career in Employee experience tools like ServiceNow and Next Think. This is an internship position and enables the person hired to assist in supporting and deploying/customizing new technologies like AI, improving existing products, present ideas, and projects to Eaton IT leadership. The selected candidate will work with Digital Employee Experience teams located at EIIC Pune and collaborate with different teams and businesses at various locations.
In this role you will:
Assist the larger team in advanced technology deployment projects
Configurability and Scalability of digital solutions like ServiceNow, Next Think Develop/customer Deploy performance Analytics, analyze trends of data and convert to actionable insights Customize/develop digital tools like ServiceNow and Next Think Collaboration with IT and business teams.
Responsibilities
The Intern is expected to support technical activities, working on multiple stories/enhancement for sprint within the Digital Employee Experience teams.
Preferred Qualifications/ Background
Pursuing Bachelors degree in a technical discipline such as: B.E / BTech / MCA / Equivalent (EITC) or B.S. Comp Sci / Mathematics / Engineering / Equivalent
Preferred programming and scripting experience with JDK, JSP, HTML, Java Script or any other computer language Exposure in Process, problem definition, Design /Detailing of Processes Preferred if basic knowledge of SQL Preparation of Technical specification document
