    Job Description
    Key Responsibilities & Necessary Skills
     Technology Analyst needs to be able to create design requirements for software projects, review coding
    and test, coordinate with development teams (outsourced), and understand the business needs to deliver
    the software products that are needed at TIW Private Equity
     Technology Analyst must be comfortable with engaging in the development process at all stages and
    many different types of systems, languages, and data.
     Establish and reflect customer-centricity and product and platform knowledge in all your work
     Taking initiatives for Continuous improvement of the business processes at TIW PE and Invested
    Companies
     Basic Knowledge of Web Development Technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP is recommended
     Technology Analyst needs to understand testing and development best practices, and are also required to
    be abreast of latest technologies
     Conducting research, design, prototyping and other exploration activities
     Assimilation and adherence to project goals and deadlines
     Be the owner of the Source Code / Database and maintain it properly
     Technology Analyst must have strong computing, engineering, and math skills
     Capability to use of logical abstract-thinking skills
     Participating in building a strong team culture and supporting good team dynamics
     Ability to work well in a fast pace environment and as part of a team
     Strong attention to detail is required

     Joining Date: Immediate
     Salary – CTC: 8 – 10 Lakhs / Annum (Negotiable)
     Required Experience: 0 - 2 years
     Education Requirement: Computer Science Engineering / IT Graduates from Premier Engineering
    Institutes like IITs.
