In reference lst read above, orders were issued for implementation of Revised

Pay Scales, 2020, to all the State Government employees, it was ordered that, the
arrears for the period from 01.04 .2020 to 31.03.2021 shall be paid at the time of
superannuation of the Government employee or to the legal heirs in .case of demise
0 of the employee.

crr 02. After careful examination of the matter; the Government have decided that the
payment of arrears of retired and expired persons on 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2021 shall

/t rt be paid in Twelve (12) equal monthly instalments stafting from the month of May,
2022, payable in the month of June, 2022.

03. In respect of employees who are retired/expired persons on 01.04.2020 to


31.03.2021 difference amount of Encashment of Earned Leave may be pald in
lumpsum for the month of May, 2022 payable in the month of June, 2022.

04. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Pay and Accounts Officer, and State
Audit shall take necessary fufther action in the matter, accordingly
