1. The Company is responsible to install all deliverables within time frame except exceptions occur beyond over reach. 2. This quotation is valid for 3 days. 3. The quotation include Civil Work/Transportation Cost as well. 4. Prices are fixed. 5. The system would be install after the Net Metering process would be completed. 6. In case of Malfunction in Inverter or any Part of Solar System, it will be repaired/replaced under warranty from concerned manufacturer. 7. For ON Grid System, Customer must have 3-Phase Meter Connection with Approved Sanction Load. If there is load extension required, it will be Customer responsibility. 8. For ON Grid Net Metering System, Customer must have 3 Phase Cables at his Wapda Pole where existing Meter is installed. 9. For ON Grid Net Metering System, 3 Phase Cable from AC DB to Wapda Meter will be Charged as per Actual. If it is required. 10. Pre-Fabricated Roof Mounted frame Structure L2/L3 Prices are included only in Price, If Customer need Customized Heighted, Elevated or Ground Mounted Structure then Structure cost will be Customer Responsibility. 11. For ON Grid Net Metering System, If Building height is 15m then Lightening Arrestor Required, Lightening Arrestor Earthing Price is not Included in proposal, it will be charge 35,000 extras if needed. 12. Load Balancing & internal wiring will be done by Customer’s Electrician. 13. Voltage stabilization of MEPCO Grid will be done by Customer (Customer himself coordinate with MEPCO to fix the issue. 14. For ON-Grid Solar system output will be 70% of Solar Panels Installed Capacity during Peak Day time withFully Shiny Day and also with clean Solar Panels. 15. Company is responsible to submit the File in WAPDA for net meting process only, Net Metering Process will be start after approved sanction Load and completion of installation and its complete procedure time is up to 15-20 Working Days until Green Meter Installation, Time may vary, depends on MEPCO. 16. If meter in Box up to 20 KW System, then Rs. 150,000 will be Charged in addition to net metering cost. 17. In case of Malfunction in Inverter or any Part of Solar System, it will be repaired/replaced under warranty from manufacturer. 18. The Company would not be responsible for any damages occurred due to Grid failure or Natural Disaster.
Payment Terms:
1. For ON-Grid Solar Projects 80% Advance, 10% after Installation and 10% after green Meter Installations.
