 Customers Right for ON-Grid Solar System:

1. Inverterwarranty 05 years of ON Grid Solar Systems Inverters.

2. Solar Panel performance warranty is for 25 years as per data Sheet from Manufacturer
3. Solar Panel product warranty 12 years as per data sheet from Manufacturer

Required from Customer for ON-Grid Solar System:

1. For ON Grid Net Metering System, Customer must have 3-Phase Meter Connection with Approved Sanction
Load. If there is load extension required, it will be customer responsibility.
2. For ON Grid Net Metering System, Customer must have 3 Phase Cables at his Wapda Pole where existing
Meter is installed.
3. For ON Grid Net Metering System, 3 Phase Cable from AC DB to Wapda Meter will be Charged as per Actual.
If it is required.
4. Pre-Fabricated Roof Mounted frame Structure L2/L3 Prices are included only in Price, If Customer need
Customized Heighted, Elevated or Ground Mounted Structure then Structure cost will be Customer
Responsibility.
5. For ON Grid Net Metering System, If Building height is 15m then Lightening Arrestor Required, Lightening
Arrestor Earthing Price is not Included in proposal, it will be charge 35,000 extras if needed.
6. Load Balancing & internalwiring will be done by Customer’s Electrician.
7. Voltage stabilization of Grid will be done by Customer’s end (Customer himself coordinate with Wapda to
fix the issue.)
8. For ON-Grid Solar system output will be 70% of Solar Panels Installed Capacity during Peak Day time with
Fully Shiny Day and also with clean Solar Panels.
9. Company Responsibility to submit the File in WAPDA for net meting process only, Net Metering Process will
be start after approved sanction Load and completion of installation and its complete procedure time is up to
60-Days until Green Meter Installation, Time may vary, depends on WAPDA.
10. For Net-Metering, If there is meter in Box up to 20 KW System, then 150,000 will extra Charged.
11. In case of Malfunction in Inverter or any Part of Solar System, it will be Repaired under guarantee from
Company process. Company may take Time to fix the product.

Payment Terms:

1. For ON-Grid SolarProjects 90% Advance, 5% after Installation and 5% before green Meter Installations

4. Solar Panel product warranty 12 years as per data sheet from Manufacturer

Required from Customer Hybrid Solar System:

1. For Hybrid Solar Systems, Customer must have 3-Phase Meter Connection with Approved Sanction Load. If
there is load extension required, it will be customer responsibility.
2. For Hybrid Solar Systems, Customer must have 3 Phase Cables at his Wapda Pole where existing Meter is
installed.
3. For Hybrid Solar Systems, 3 Phase Cable from AC DB to Wapda Meter will be Charged as per Actual. If it is
required.
4. For HybridSolar Systems price Wi-Fi Device is not Included, It will be provided on Demand.
5. For Hybrid Solar Systems, Customer must Installed Batteries in, otherwise during Wapda Load Shading and
Over Load Conditions, inverter will generate the alarm and Company is not responsible is malfunction.
6. For Hybrid Solar Systems, We highly Recommend only Lithium Ion Battery to avoid battery backup issues and
battery maintenance and Battery Life.
7. For Hybrid Solar Systems , Customer will not connect more the 2HP Motor/ Water Pump (without Sharing
Wapda or battery on Inverter), otherwise during Wapda Load Shading and Over Load Conditions, inverter
will generate the alarm and Company is not responsible if invertermalfunction,
8. For Off Grid / Wapda Sharing and Hybrid Solar Systems , For more than 3HP Motor/Water Pump, Its Highly
Recommended to use VFD.
9. For Net Metering If Building height is 15m then Lightening arrestor Required, Lightening Arrestor Earthing
Price is not Included in proposal, it will be charge 35,000 extras if needed.
