    I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring attention to the surplus construction materials,
    including sand, gravel, hollow blocks and other raw construction materials, which remain unused after the
    conclusion of the Brigada Eskwela Cash for Work Program at Paradise Farms Community School.

    Considering the valuable resources available, I would like to propose the donation of these leftover
    materials to the school for alternative purposes. Paradise Farms Community School, being a vital
    institution to our community, could greatly benefit from these resources for various projects and
    improvements. The additional materials could be utilized for repairs, renovations, or eve enhancing the
    school’s infrastructure.

    Your cooperation in this matter would not only be a gesture of goodwill but also a practical way to foster
