**PERT (CPT) Sign-up : Students, grades 9-11, wishing to dual enroll must sign up in the library for the PERT test.
Sign up ASAP - only 40 slots available - test scheduled for Mon, May 7. On Mon, May 14, the PERT will be given to ALL Juniors no sign up required!

**FRESHMAN FLING Sign-up: Freshmen must sign-up to attend the Freshman Fling which will be on May 12.

**Free - Boys Sports Physicals: Boys who will participate in Franklin County sports for next school year, Weems
East Medical Clinic in Carrabelle will be doing free sports physicals on Saturday, May 5, from 9:00am-1:00pm. Students must have the physical forms, with the parent info filled out/signed by their parent, before the physical can be done.

**SCHOLARSHIP: 2011-2012 McKay Scholarship letters for students with disabilities can be viewed at

In order for a student to be eligible for the program, intent to participate in the McKay Scholarship Program must be filed on the School Choice Website at www.floirdaschoolchoice.org prior to withdrawing from public school. TEACHER/STAFF Info Teacher & Staff Success Awards: DUE BY Fri, May 4, 3:00pm! Turn in to Ms. Browning in the front office. Staff: Wed, May 9 All employees must have a signed IRS Section 125 Form. This form must be signed to either allow pre-tax deductions for qualifying insurance premiums or to waive your rights to do so. If you signed a form last year, you will not need to sign again unless making changes. AFLAC representatives will be in the library from 8:30am-3:00pm to assist employees. Teachers- At the request of FCTA, the FCSB will hold their May meeting, Thursday, May 10th, here on campus in recognition of Teacher Appreciation Week. The meeting is at 6:00pm, however prior to the meeting, a workshop will be held, beginning at 3:00pm. During the workshop, you have the opportunity to discuss any job-related issues with board meetings and/or the superintendent. GED CLASSES
The Franklin County Adult Education Courses are offering GED classes on Mondays & Tuesdays from 4:00-8:00pm at the Franklin County School. Register with Ms. Linda Bradley during class hours in the 1100 Building, Room 1111. The next GED Test will be given June 4 & 5, 2012 at the Franklin County School library at 6:00pm. To register for the test, contact Linda Bradley during class times or Maxine Creamer @ 670-4481.
