Customers are greeted by Green Mtn. agents with a smile and a warm greeting
Green Mtn. agents educate customers on the benefits of renewable energy and highlight our value proposition
Customers are offered a choice between two price competitive options (one term product and one non-term product). Customers have a three day grace period in which to call and cancel prior to enrollment. Customers receive a copy of the sales agreement and a Next Steps brochure, detailing when theyll receive a Green Mtn. welcome kit, begin to be serviced by Green Mtn., customer service #s, etc.

Green Mtn. to staff Kmart/Sears stores preferably 2 3 x per week on high-traffic days for 2 (5hr.) shifts Green Mountain account manager to coordinate with Kmart/Sears corporate and local staff. Green Mountain account manager to make periodic visits to maintain excellent communication with store managers
Green Mountain to provide its own equipment and set up in an area designated by Kmart/Sears corporate and or local staff
Green Mountains quality assurance team to make periodic visits to store locations to ensure the highest level of quality
