ACOUSTICS
Design measures should aim to minimise noise impacts
on workers and residents.
VEHICULAR ACCESS
Access to parking areas for residents and workers shall
be safe, efficient and visible. Gates and garages should
not unduly compromise the streetscape or visual quality
of the development. Pedestrian safety is the paramount
consideration.
