Dear Mita,
As I mentioned earlier, I recall your pleasant presence in class sometime ago.
It is just that I felt your response is impolite and being a student you should
be wary of choosing right words. I feel sorry for the criticism you have faced
and I request students not to take the issue further.
@Students- Please remember Mita is your senior and you should take that
into account when you interact with her.
At last I would suggest you not to leave the group, it might be a
misunderstanding. I hope to stay connected as a family.
Best wishes,
Prof. Sharma

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your warm email. First of all I would like to extend my sincere
apologies for all the recent mishap. It was not my intention to offend you
with my words in any manner. I accept that it was a fault from my side to
choose wrong platform and choice of word in replying to you group email.
Thank you for all your support.
Also, I deeply regret the fact that I have hurt the sentiments of the students.
In addition to this, I take back my statement and I would like to continue this

Dear Mita,

I would like to apologize for my insensitive email. I should not have reacted
in such a haste manner. Being an alumnus of this institute, I hope you
understand that Prof. Sharma is more like a family member to each student
on this campus and due to his unconditional love and affection, we feel more
connected to him.

Also, I would love to have you as a part of this family.

Regards,
Manish
