Child psychology is one of the many branches
of psychology and one of the most frequently studied
specialty areas. This particular branch focuses on the mind
and behavior of children from prenatal development
through adolescence.

Make sure your teen knows about the

Closeyour eyes
Count from 20 1 backward
On each count take deep breath
from nose and exhale from mouth
Pretend actively that a healing light is coming
from source to relax your body
Repeat Positive Affirmations (atleast 5 times)
Close the session and open your eyes
