1 Double-tap the text inside the square and


choose Copy Formatting.

Highlight as you present
Draw and add notes to your slides while you present to engage your audience. With PowerPoint you can draw
and write on your slides just like you would draw or take notes on paper.

Try it:

1 Change your presentation to 2 Tap the top of the screen and 3 Draw notes or images on your slide.
Slide Show view. then choose the Ink button. Tap End Show to save or discard the
drawings on your slides.
Get a closer look with Zoom
Looking at slides on a smaller device doesn’t have to be hard. Zoom in and out of your slides
and fit slides to your screen.

1 Tap View on the ribbon. 2 Choose a Zoom setting or the


Fit to Window option.

The Tell Me box finds the right command when you need it,
so you can save time and focus on your work.

Try it:

1 Tap Tell Me in the upper-right corner of this slide.

2 Type shape in the Tell Me box and then


choose Insert a Shape.

3 Tap a shape to add it to this slide.
